ԱՄՆ-ում մեկնարկում են նախնական նախագահական ընտրությունները

ԱՄՆ-ում փետրվարի 1-ին սկսվում են Դեմոկրատական եւ Հանրապետական կուսակցությունների նախնական ընտրությունները՝ 2016 թվականի նախագահի ընտրություններում իրենց թեկնածուներին որոշելու համար, տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը:
Առաջին նահանգը, որտեղ տեղի կունենա քոկուսի (կուսակցական ակտիվի ժողովի) ձեւով քվեարկությունը, կդառնա Այովան: Այդ օրն Այովայում տեղի կունենան երկու կուսակցությունների քոկուսները:
Փետրվարին ավելի ուշ կքվեարկեն Նյու Հեմփշիրի, Նեւադայի եւ Հյուսիսային Կարոլինայի նահանգները: Վերջին երկու նահանգներում երկու կուսակցությունների քվեարկության օրերը չեն համընկնի:
Նահանգների մեծ մասն իրենց փրայմերիզները եւ քոկուսները կանցկացնեն մարտին եւ ապրիլին, մնացածները՝ մայիսին եւ հունիսի սկզբին: Նախնական ընտրությունները կավարտվեն հունիսի 14-ին Կոլումբիայի օկրուգում դեմոկրատների փրայմերիզի անցկացմամբ: Հանրապետականները վերջին մի քանի նահանգներում կքվեարկեն ավելի շուտ՝ հունիսի 7-ին:
Երկու կուսակցությունների ընտրազանգվածային մրցավազքի ընթացքում արդեն որոշվել են ապագա ընտրարշավի առավել ուժեղ մասնակիցները: Այսպես, հարցումների համաձայն՝ Հանրապետական կուսակցության նախնական ընտրությունների ապագա մասնակիցների թվում առաջատարը միլիարդատեր Դոնալդ Թրամփն Է, նրա գլխավոր մրցակիցը Տեխասի նահանգից սենատոր Թեդ Քրուզն Է: Դեմոկրատների կուսակցությունից առավել մեծ ժողովրդականություն վայելող թեկնածուն այսօրվա դրությամբ ԱՄՆ-ի նախկին պետքարտուղար եւ նախկին առաջին տիկին Հիլարի Քլինթոնն Է, նրա ամենամոտ «հետապնդողը» Վեր մոնտի նահանգից սենատոր Բեռնի Սանդերսն Է, հաղորդել Է «Ինտերֆաքս»-ը:
