Հունվարի 28-ին արտակարգ դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Երևանում։ Ժամը 15։00-ի սահմաններում ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության համայնքային ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Շենգավիթի բաժնում օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ են ստացվել, որ Նորագավիթում մի խումբ անձանց միջև վիճաբանություն է տեղի ունեցել, ինչի հետևանքով կան տուժածներ, հաղորդում է Shamshyan.com-ը:
Քիչ անց «Էրեբունի» բժշկական կենտրոնից ոստիկանության Շենգավիթի բաժնում ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ նշված հասցեից դանակահարության հետևանքով «Գլխի գագաթային շրջանի պատռած վերքեր» ախտորոշմամբ շտապօգնության 63 խումբը իրենց մոտ բուժօգնության է տեղափոխել 2 քաղաքացու։
Ինչպես հայտնել ֆոտոլրագրողը, ոստիկանները պարզել են, որ վիրավորները Երևանի բնակիչներ 21-ամյա Դանիել Հ․-ն է՝ ում առողջական վիճակը միջին ծանրության է և 54-ամյա Գեորգի Հ․-ն, որի առողջական վիճակը բավարար:
Ձեռնարկված միջոցառումների շնորհիվ պարզվել է, որ նույն օրը ժամը 14։30-ի սահմաններում Նորագավիթ 1-ին փողոցի թիվ 140 հիմնական դպրոցի դիմաց վիճաբանություն է տեղի ունեցել Երևանի բնակիչներ 22-ամյա Մուշեղ Հ․-ի, եղբոր 20-ամյա Խորեն Հ․-ի, հայրիկի, Երևանի բնակիչ 45-ամյա Մանուկ Հ․-ի, նրանց ազգականի և վիրավորների միջև, որն էլ վերածվել է ծեծկռտուքի և դանակահարության։
Դեպքի փաստով ոստիկանության Շենգավիթի բաժնում փաստաթղթեր են կազմվել, որոնք փոխանցվել են ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Շենգավիթի քննչական բաժին, որտեղ նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ։
Ոստիկանությունն ու քննչական բաժինը ձեռնարկում են անհրաժեշտ օպերատիվ հետախուզական և քննչական համատեղ գործողություններ դեպքի հանգամանքները պարզելու, մասնակիցների ամբողջական տվյալները ճշտելու, ինչպես նաև հանցագործության գործիք առարկան կամ առարկաները հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ։
