Ակբա բանկը JICA-ի հետ համագործակցությամբ 50 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլար կուղղի ՄՓՄՁ-ների զարգացմանը

Ակբա բանկը և Ճապոնիայի միջազգային համագործակցության գործակալությունը՝ JICA-ն, մեկնարկում են համագործակցություն, որի արդյունքում Ակբա բանկը 50 միլիոն ԱՄՆ դոլար կուղղի Հայաստանի միկրո, փոքր և միջին ձեռնարկությունների զարգացմանը։ Այս համագործակցությունը JICA-ի համար առաջինն է հայաստանյան առևտրային բանկի հետ։
Ակբա բանկի և JICA-ի համագործակցության պայմանագիրը ստորագրվեց Հայաստանի ազգային պատկերասրահում՝ որպես ստեղծագործման ու զարգացման խորհրդանիշ։ Միջոցառմանը մասնակցել է նաև Հայաստանում Ճապոնիայի դեսպան Ն․Գ․ պարոն Աոկի Յուտական։
«JICA-ն Հայաստանում առաջին անգամ է ստորագրում առևտրային հիմունքներով պայմանագիր, և համագործակցությունը մեկնարկում է Ակբա բանկի հետ։ Մենք շարունակում ենք ընդլայնել մեր միջազգային գործընկերների ցանկը, մեր գործընկերությունը դարձնում ենք ավելի գլոբալ՝ ընդգրկելով նաև աշխարհի զարգացած երկրներից Ճապոնիան։ Պետք է ասեմ, որ սա հնարավորություն է մեր երկրի տնտեսության, մեր երկրի ֆինանսական համակարգի, փոքր ու միջին բիզնեսի զարգացման համար»,- նշել է Ակբա բանկի գլխավոր գործադիր տնօրեն Հակոբ Անդրեասյանը։
«Մենք գիտենք, որ Ակբա բանկը հավատարիմ է գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտի զարգացմանը, միկրո, փոքր և միջին ձեռնարկությունների խթանմանը և գյուղական համայնքի զարգացմանը: Սրանք էական գործոններ են Հայաստանի տնտեսության հետագա զարգացման համար, որտեղ գյուղատնտեսությունը բացառիկ նշանակություն ունի»,- նշել է JICA-ի մասնավոր հատվածի գործընկերության և ֆինանսների վարչության գլխավոր տնօրեն Տակեհիրո Յասուն։
«Գյուղատնտեսությունը, փոքր ու միջին բիզնեսը այն ոլորտներն են, որտեղ մենք մեծ ներուժ ունենք։ Սակայն, միևնույն ժամանակ, այստեղ առկա են բազմաթիվ սահմանափակումներ՝ ֆինանսավորման, ռիսկերի բաշխման տեսանկյունից։ Հենց այսպիսի նախաձեռնություններն են չափազանց կարևոր այս ոլորտում։ Կենտրոնական բանկը ողջունում է այս համագործակցությունը և հուսով ենք, որ այս գործընկերությունը կզարգանա՝ ընդգրկելով ավելի շատ ծրագրեր։ Սա մեզ համար ռազմավարական ուղղություն է»,- նշել է ԿԲ նախագահի տեղակալ Արմեն Նուրբեկյանը։
«Ակբա բանկի և JICA-ի միջև գործընկերության պայմանագրի ստորագրումը կարևոր ու նշանակալի է ֆինանսական ռեսուրների հասանելիության և ապահովման տեսանկյունից։ Այս համագործակցության շրջանակում ֆինանսական միջոցների ներգրավումը հնարավորություն կտա ՓՄՁ-ներին ընդլայնել իրենց գործունեությունն ու բացահայտել նոր հեռանկարներ, դառնալով մրցունակ ինչպես տեղական, այնպես էլ միջազգային շուկաներում»,- նշել է ՀՀ էկոնոմիկայի նախարարի տեղակալ Լիլյա Սիրականյանը։
Ակբա բանկն ու JICA-ն արդեն քննարկում են ապագայի նոր ծրագրերի ու համատեղ նախագծերի իրականացումը, որոնք կնպաստեն Հայաստանում տնտեսական աճին:
