«Ապագան արդեն թափառում է Հայաստանում։ Գիտեինք, որ գալու է, բայց այսքան շո՞ւտ»,-MediaHub-ի հետ զրույցում մեկնաբանելով Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի  ասուլիսում Մեղրիի երկաթգծին առնչվող խոսույթը, ասաց Սյունիքի մարզի Մեղրի քաղաքի բնակիչ Գոհար Հակոբյանն ու անջատեց հեռախոսը՝ չցանկանալով այլևս շարունակել այդ թեման։ 

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն այսօր պատասխանելով «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի» մասին լրագրողի հնչեցրած հարցին, ասել է. «Իրատեսական ու էժան տարբերակը կլինի Մեղրիի երկաթուղիով Արևմտյան Ադրբեջանից` այսինքն Զանգելանի շրջանից, Մեղրիով Նախիջևան և հակառակ ուղղությամբ, ինչպես նաև Երասխից Նախիջևանի տարածքով Մեղրի և հակառակ ուղղությամբ կապը։ Այս առաջարկն ենք արել Ադրբեջանին և սպասում ենք դրական պատասխանին»,-մեջբերման ավարտ։

Սյունեցի լրագրող Անուշ Միրզոյանի խոսքով՝ այսօր Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ազդարարեց Սյունիքի հանձնման նախերգանքը։ 

«Եվ ուրեմն՝ պետդեպարտամենտի գաղնազերծած թղթերից մինչև ռեպորտաժների պատրաստում ու ասուլիս, հնչեց Սյունիքի հանձնման նախերգանքը։ Իմ մտքում հիմա դրա ձեռքը բռնելն է՝ պայքարով։ Սարսափելի է»։

Անուշի հավաստմամբ՝ Սյունիքում այլևս չեն ուզում լսել Նիկոլ Փաշինյան անուն-ազգանունը։ Ժողովուրդը հոգնել է շարունակ հնչող փուչ խոսքերից ու Սյունիքի անվտանգությունը մշտապես հարցականի տակ դնող ղեկավարից։

«Նախկինում հավատացողների, երկրպագողների պակաս չկար, հիմա այլևս առաջվանը չէ, քանի որ մարդիկ մտածում են, որ Սյունիքը տանելու են նույն Արցախի հանձնման ճանապարհով։ Եթե, օրինակ, «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքը» բացվի, սյունեցիների համար միևնույն է, թե ով է այն հսկելու՝ Ռուսաստանը, թե՞, ենթադրենք, ԱՄՆ-ն։ Եթե դա Հայաստանի լիիրավ վերահսկողության տակ չլինի, պարզ է արդեն, որ Հայաստանից Սյունիքի հատվածն օտարվել է»,-ընդգծում է մեր զրուցակիցը։ 

Անուշը և բոլոր սյունեցիները սարսափում են մտածել, որ մի օր կարթնանան առանց պատերազմի արդեն Ադրբեջանի հսկողության տակ հայտնված Սյունիքում։

«Ես միշտ ասել եմ՝ պետք է պայքարել։ Ու եթե անգամ ադրբեջանական տանկեր մտնեն Սյունիք, ես կգնամ ու կպառկեմ տանկերի տակ, գոնե արժանապատիվ մեռնելու ցանկությամբ։ Բայց, եթե այսպես շարունակվի՝ առանց կրակոցների նրանք կգան Սյունիք»,-հավելեց լրագրողը։
