Հայաստանի հանքագործների եւ մետալուրգների միության անդամ կազմակերպությունները անհանգստացած են ԶՊՄԿ-ում հունվարի 31-ին նախաձեռնված՝ արհմիության կողմից չարտոնված գործադուլով եւ ընկերության տարածքում ստեղծված իրավիճակով։ Ցավոք, մեր ոլորտը ականատես է եղել նմանատիպ գործողությունների հետեւանքով ոչ միայն մեկ ընկերության, այլ երկրի տնտեսության համար կարեւորագույն ոլորտի մրցունակության, երկրի ներդրումային հեղինակության վրա բացասական հետեւանքներին։

Հարկ չկա բացատրելու, թե ինչ հետեւանքներ կարող է ունենալ երկրի առաջին հարկատուի բնականոն աշխատանքի խաթարումը։ Երկրի խոշորագույն ձեռնարկության բնականոն գործունեության ապահովումը ոչ միայն ԶՊՄԿ-ի ու նույնիսկ ոչ միայն ոլորտի, այլ երկրի տնտեսական կայունության եւ հեղինակության խնդիրն է։

Չվիճարկելով աշխատանքային պայմանների բարելավման նպատակով պայքարի որեւէ մեկի իրավունքը, բողոքի ակցիայի մասնակիցներին կոչ ենք անում իրենց պահանջները ներկայացնել օրինական ճանապարհով, չխաթարելով ընկերության բնականոն աշխատանքը։ Նման ճանապարհով խնդիրները ոչ միայն չեն լուծվում, այլեւ, ինչպես ցույց է տալիս փորձը, առաջացնում են ահռելի տնտեսական եւ սոցիալական խնդիրներ համայնքի եւ տարածաշրջանի համար։

Միաժամանակ, ուզում ենք հիշեցնել, որ հանքարդյունաբերության ոլորտը շարունակում է ապահովել ամենաբարձր աշխատավարձերը, որոնց հետ համադրելի է միայն բարձր տեխնոլոգիաների եւ բանկային ոլորտի վարձատրությունները։ Ավելին՝ ոլորտի ընկերությունները հաճախ անտեսելով սեփական տնտեսական շահը՝ պահում են ուռճացված աշխատակազմեր, լուծելով հեռավոր մարզերում աշխատատեղերի պահպանման եւ արտագաղթի կանխման խնդիրը։ Սյունիքի դեպքում սա ոչ միայն սոցիալական, այլեւ ռազմավարական խնդիր է։

Եվս մեկ անգամ կոչ ենք անում բոլոր կողմերին ջանքեր ներդնել ապօրինությունը վերացնելու, խնդիրները կառուցողական ճանապարհով լուծելու եւ երկրի առաջին հարկատուի բնականոն աշխատանքն անմիջապես վերականգնելու ուղղությամբ։
