Հունվարի 30-ին թմրանյութի հայտնաբերման դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Երևանում։ Այդ օրը ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության Պարեկային ծառայության Երևան քաղաքի գնդի 3-րդ գումարտակի 3-րդ վաշտի պարեկներ Նորայր Խալաթյանը, Արթուր Ավետիսյանը և Համլետ Սարգսյանը՝ վաշտի հրամանատար Սուրեն Ալեքսանյանի գլխավորությամբ, ծառայություն իրականացնելիս ժամը 01:30-ի սահմաններում Երևան քաղաքի Դավիթ Բեկ փողոցից ապօրինի թմրամիջոց ձեռք բերելու, պահելու, օգտագործելու և իրացնելու անմիջականորեն ծագած հիմնավոր կասկածի առկայության հիմքով ձերբակալել և ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության քրեական ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Երևան քաղաքի վարչություն են տեղափոխել Կոտայքի մարզի բնակիչ 30-ամյա Մխիթար Զ․-ին։

Արդեն ոստիկանությունում նրա անձնական խուզարկությամբ հայտնաբերվել է 1 հատ դեղին գույնի կպչուն ժապավենով փաթեթ, որի մեջ առկա է եղել «մեթամֆետամին» տեսակի թմրամիջոցին նմանվող սպիտակ բյուրեղանման զանգված, որի քաշը փաթեթի հետ միասին կազմել է 1,86 գրամ, ինչպես նաև թվով 2 հատ դեղին կպչուն ժապավենով փաթեթավորված փաթեթ, որոնց մեջ առկա է եղել «մեթամֆետամինին» նմավող սպիտակ բյուրեղանման զանգված, որոնց քաշը փաթեթների հետ միասին կազմել է 3,53 գրամ։ Հայտնաբերվել է թվով 1 հատ պոլիէթիլենային թափանցիկ տոպրակ, որի մեջ առկա է եղել «կոկային» տեսակի թմրամիջոցին նմանվող սպիտակ փոշենման զանգված, որի ընդհանուր քաշը կազմել է 0,15 գրամ:

Գրպանի մեջ առկա է եղել նաև «մարիխուանային» նմանվող դեղնականաչավուն զանգված, որի ընդհանուր քաշը կազմել է 0,29 գրամ, 1 հատ բժշկական ներարկիչ, որի ներսի պատերին եղել է սպիտակ հետքեր, հայտնաբերվել է նաև սիգարոն գրառմամբ թղթե փաթեթ, որի մեջ առկա է եղել դեղնականաչավուն սուր հոտով զանգված, որի ընդհանուր քաշը կազմել է 0,60 գր։ Հայտնաբերվել է նաև թվով 1 հատ բժշկական կաթուցիչ՝ մոխրացված հետքերով, 1 հատ ապակյա գլանակ մոխրացված հետքերով, 1 հատ դեղին գույնի կպչուն ժապավեն:

Մխիթար Զ․-ն իր մեքենայի միջից ոստիկաններին է ներկայացրել տոպրակ, որի մեջ առկա է եղել թղթյա տուփ, տուփի մեջ առկա է եղել զիփ փականով փաթեթավորված թափանցիկ պոլիէթիլենային տոպրակ՝ լցված թվով 32 թափանցիկ պոլիէթիլենային տոպրակներով, փաթեթավորված փաթեթներ՝ «մեթամֆետամին» տեսակի թմրամիջոցին նմանվող սպիտակ բյուրեղանման զանգվածով և թվով 33 հատ թղթյա փաթեթ՝ փաթաթված թափանցիկ կպչուն ժապավենով, որոնք նույնպես լցված են եղել «մեթամֆետամինին» նմանվող սպիտակ բյուրեղանման զանգվածով, որոնց ընդհանուր քաշը կազմել է 86.36 գրամ, նույն ավտոմեքենայի հետևի նստատեղից նա ներկայացրել է նաև ատրճանակ՝ փամփշտատուփով որի մեջ առկա է եղել թվով 7 փամփուշտ:

Դեպքի փաստով կազմված փաստաթղթերը փոխանցվել են ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Էրեբունի և Նուրարաշեն վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժին:
