Հանրապետության հրապարակում մի խումբ օտարերկրացիների մասնակցությամբ տեսանյութ տարածող անձը ձերբակալվել է: Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեից:

«Ատելություն, խտրականություն, անհանդուրժողականություն և թշնամանք հրահրելուն և քարոզելուն ուղղված հրապարակային խոսքի, ինչպես նաև այդ նպատակով նյութեր տարածելու դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության կողմից ներկայացված հանցագործության մասին պատշաճ հաղորդման հիման վրա 2025 թվականի հունվարի 31-ին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի պետության, սահմանադրական կարգի հիմունքների և հասարակական անվտանգության դեմ ուղղված հանցագործությունների քննության գլխավոր վարչությունում նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ։

Քրեական վարույթով կատարված քննչական գործողությունների և ձեռնարկված օպերատիվ հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ Ղ․Բ․-ն 2025 թվականի հունվարի 30-ին իր կողմից օգտագործվող «Ռազմավարական հետազոտությունների անկախ կենտրոն» անվամբ բաց հասանելիություն ունեցող ֆեյսբուքյան էջում հրապարակել է Հանրապետության հրապարակում օտարերկրյա մի խումբ քաղաքացիների մասնակցությամբ կատարված տեսագրություն և դրա էությունը խեղաթյուրող մեկնաբանություններ՝ այդ կերպ տարածելով քաղաքական և այլ հայացքներով, անձնական և սոցիալական բնույթի այլ հանգամանքներով պայմանավորված՝ ՀՀ իշխանությունների և ՀՀ ոստիկանության ծառայողների նկատմամբ ատելություն, անհանդուրժողականություն և թշնամանք հրահրելուն ու քարոզելուն ուղղված նյութ և հրապարակային խոսք։

Նշված արարքը կատարելու համար Ղ․Բ.-ի նկատմամբ հարուցվել է հանրային քրեական հետապնդում՝ Քրեական օրենսգրքի 329-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 3-րդ կետով (ատելություն, խտրականություն, անհանդուրժողականություն կամ թշնամանք հրահրելուն կամ քարոզելուն ուղղված հրապարակային խոսքը, ինչպես նաև այդ նպատակով նյութեր կամ առարկաներ տարածելը)։

Վերջինս ձերբակալվել է և նրա նկատմամբ կալանքը որպես խափանման միջոց ընտրելու միջնորդություն է ներկայացվել դատարան»,- հայտնում են ՔԿ-ից։

Հիշեցնենք, որ Ռազմավարական հետազոտությունների անկախ կենտրոնի էջում ավելի վաղ տարածվել է տեսանյութ, որում ըստ տեսագրությունը տարածողի մի խումբ ադրբեջանցիներ Հանրապետության հրապարակում ադրբեջաներեն երգ են երգում Ղարաբաղի մասին: Հրապարակման հեղինակը նշել էր, որ դա խայտառակություն է, ավելի ուշ ԱԱԾ-ն հաղորդագրություն՝ նշելով, որ տեսագրությունում պատկերված անձիք Իրանի քաղաքացիներ են:
