ՀՀԿ-ն Նիկոլ Փաշինյանից պահանջում է հրապարակել արցախյան կարգավորման բոլոր միջնորդների պաշտոնական առաջարկներն ու Հայաստանի պաշտոնական պատասխանները։ Այս մասին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանն ասաց ՀՀԿ ԳՄ անդամ Էդուարդ Շարմազանովը։
«Թող հրապարակի, ՀՀ 3-րդ նախագահի թիմը մտահոգվելու բան չունի և, կարծում եմ՝ ՀՀ առաջին ու երկրորդ նախագահների թիմերն էլ մտահոգվելու բան չունեն»,- ասաց նա:
Նրա խոսքով, ՀՀ երեք նախագահների ժամանակաշրջանում Արցախը եղել է հայկական ու անկախ։
«Սերժ Սարգսյանի բանակցած վերջին պաշտոնական փաստաթուղթը եղել է Կազանյան փաստաթուղթը, որը հրապարակվել է, ու Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն է ասել, որ Կազանյան փաստաթուղթը երբևէ առաջարկված ամենալավ տարբերակն է եղել»,- ասաց Շարմազանովը։
Ըստ նրա՝ Կազանյան փաստաթղթից հրաժարվել է ոչ թե Սերժ Սարգսյանը, այլ՝ Իլհամ Ալիևը, որի մասին 2016 թվականին ՀՀ ԱԳ նախկին նախարար Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանի հետ համատեղ ասուլիսում ասել է ՌԴ ԱԳ նախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովը։
«Թող հրապարակի, հայ ժողովուրդն էլ տեսնի»,- նշեց նա։
Անդրադառնալով Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի խոսքերին, թե այլևս ՀՀ նախկին նախագահների հետ բանավիճելու բան չունի՝ Շարմազանովն ասաց. «Իսկ իր հետ ո՞վ է բանավիճել, որ մի հատ էլ ինքը բանավիճելու չունի։ Այնպիսի տպավորություն է, որ պաշտոնաթող նախագահները գյուլլա են գցել Նիկոլի հետ բանավեճի գնան, ինքն էլ ասում է՝ բանավիճելու չունեմ։ ՀՀ երեք նախագահներն էլ ասել են՝ հեռու խաղա»,- ասաց ՀՀԿ ԳՄ անդամը։
