Մոսկվայի «Ալ առագաստներ» բնակելի համալիրի առաջին հարկում դեռևս չպարզված սարքի պայթյունի հետևանքով հայ է զոհվել։ Նա ԴԺՀ բռնցքամարտի ֆեդերացիայի նախագահ և «Արբատ» գումարտակի հիմնադիր Արմեն Սարգսյանն է:
Արմեն Սարգսյանը պայթյունի հետևանքով կորցրել էր ձախ ոտքը և գտնվում էր կոմայի մեջ։ Բժիշկները պայքարում էին նրա կյանքի համար։ «ՏԱՍՍ»-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ Սարգսյանին միացրել էին արհեստական շնչառության համակարգ, սակայն դա ևս չի օգնել։
Նշվում է, որ պայթուցիկները «Ալ առագաստներ»-ում կարող էին տեղադրվել մուտքի նախասրահում գտնվող բազմոցի կամ բազկաթոռի մեջ: Այս մասին է վկայում տուժածների վնասվածքների բնույթը։
Պայթուցիկ սարքը մինչև 1կգ տրոտիլային հզորություն է ունեցել։ Դեպքի առթիվ հարուցվել է քրեական գործ։
Ռուսական լրատվամիջոցների փոխանցմամբ՝ պայթյունի նպատակը մահափորձն է եղել։ Արմեն Սարգսյանից բացի կա ևս մեկ զոհ, 3 վիրավոր։
