Ադրբեջանի իրավապահ մարմինները Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությանը սահմանակից շրջաններում հանցավորության դեմ պայքարի համալիր օպերատիվ-հետախուզական և կանխարգելիչ միջոցառումներ են իրականացնում։ Այս մասին տեղեկանում է ՏԱՍՍ գործակալությունից։
«Սահման-վահան» ծածկանունով գործողությունն իրականացվում է Ադրբեջանի և Ռուսաստանի ներքին գործերի նախարարների միջև ձեռք բերված փոխադարձ պայմանավորվածության համաձայն։
Գործողությունը կտևի մինչև փետրվարի 10։ Դրա շրջանակներում ոստիկանական դիրքեր են տեղակայվել Ադրբեջանի հյուսիսում և հյուսիս-արևմուտքում գտնվող մի շարք շրջաններում։
Նշվում է, որ ըստ Azertag գործակալության, «գործողությունների հիմնական նպատակն է սահմանային համագործակցության հարցերի վերաբերյալ ընդունված որոշումների իրականացումը, անդրազգային կազմակերպված հանցավոր խմբավորումների և ահաբեկչական կազմակերպությունների անդամների բացահայտումն ու վնասազերծումը, կազմակերպչական և գործնական համալիր միջոցառումների իրականացումը զենքի, պայթուցիկ նյութերի և սարքերի, թմրանյութերի փոխադրման ուղիները բացահայտելու և կանխելու համար»:
