«Ազգային վիճակագրական ծառայության կողմից հրապարակված 2015թ.-ի հիմնական մակրոտնտեսական ցուցանիշների նախնական ամփոփումից պարզ է դառնում, որ նախորդ տարի տնտեսական ակտիվության ցուցանիշը կազմել է 3.1%: Ճիշտ է՝ ցուցանիշն այդքան էլ բարձր չէ, բայց եթե հաշվի առնենք տնտեսական ներկայիս իրողություններն ու աշխահաքաղաքական, աշխարհատնտեսական զարգացումները, ապա սա վատ արդյունք չի կարելի համարել»,- վերլուծելով տնտեսական ԱՎԾ հրապարակած տվյալները՝ Past.am-ին ասաց տնտեսագետ Կառլեն Խաչատրյանը:

Նրա խոսքերով, առևտուրը մոտ 8%-ով անկում է գրանցել, ինչը սակայն անակնկալ չէր:

«Մենք տարվա ընթացքում հստակ տեսնում էինք, թե ինչպես են կրճատվում արտերկրից եկող մասնավոր տրանսֆերտների ծավալները: Պաշտոնական տվյալներով 2015թ. մասնավոր տրանսֆերտների ծավալը նվազել է 37%-ով, հատկապես մեծ է անկումը Ռուսաստանից եկող տրանսֆերտների մասով՝ շուրջ 43%: Իսկ մասնավոր տրանսֆերտների գերակշիռ մասը ուղղվում է սպառմանը, հետևաբար առևտրի շրջանառությունը ևս պետք է անկում արձանագրեր»,- ասաց Կ. Խաչատրյանը:

Ըստ տնտեսագետի, մյուս կարևոր ցուցանիշն արտաքին առևտրաշրջանառությունն է: Այն կրճատվել է մոտ 20%-ով, չնայած արտաքին առևտրաշրջանառության համեմատաբար մեծ անկմանը՝ ուրախալի է, որ արտահանումը նվազել է ընդամենը 4%-ով:

«Արտահանման փոքր անկումը առավելապես արդյունք է մեր տնտեսավարողների կողմից այլընտրանքային շուկաների գրավման: Հաշվի առնելով այն հանգամանքը, որ մեր հիմնական առևտրատնտեսական գործընկերները՝ ԱՊՀ երկրները, այդքան էլ լավ ժամանակներ չեն ապրում՝ ՀՀ արտահանումը դեպի ԱՊՀ շուկաներ 2015թ.-ին զգալիորեն կրճատվել է: Այդ անկումը, ըստ էության, փոխհատուցվել է ի հաշիվ այլ շուկաների: Պետք է նշել, որ ՀՀ մյուս կարևոր գործընկեր ԵՄ երկրների մասով էական փոփոխություններ չեն գրանցվել: Ճիշտ է՝ արտահանման ծավալները որոշ ԵՄ երկրներ նվազել են, սակայն մյուսներում էլ աճ է արձանագրվել, և գումարային արտահայտությամբ էական տատանում դեպի ԵՄ արտահանման ծավալներում չկա»,- նշեց Խաչատրյանը:

Վերջինիս կարծիքով, 2015թ.-ը արտահանման շուկաների դիվերսիֆիկացման առումով կարևոր տարի էր: Մենք փաստացի ականատես եղանք, թե ինչպես են մեր գործարարներն՝ արտահանման ավանդական շուկաներում ի հայտ եկած խնդիրների պատճառով նոր շուկաներ որոնում, և որ ամենակարևորն է, կարողանում նոր շուկաներում հաստատվել:

«Այս գործընթացը պետք է շարունակական լինի, այն չպետք է պայմանավորված լինի լոկ տնտեսական դժվարություններով: Մենք պետք է անընդհատ բարձրացնենք մեր մրցունակությունը և դրանով գրավենք նոր շուկաներ»,- իր խոսքը եզրափակեց տնտեսագետը:
