Հայտարարություն․ Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատում նախաձեռնված գործադուլի և ստեղծված իրավիճակի վերաբերյալ

Հայաստանի գործատուների հանրապետական միությունը, հարգելով աշխատավորների բողոքի ձայն բարձրացնելու և իրենց տնտեսական, սոցիալական կամ աշխատանքային շահերի պաշտպանության նպատակով գործադուլ իրականացնելու սահմանադրական իրավունքը, անհանգստացած է ԶՊՄԿ ՓԲԸ մի խումբ աշխատակիցների նախաձեռնած անօրինական՝ ՀՀ աշխատանքային օրենսգրքի (այսուհետ՝ Օրենսգիրք) 74 հոդվածի կոպիտ խախտումներով իրականացված գործողություններով, որի հետևանքով խաթարվել է երկրի թիվ մեկ հարկատուն հանդիսացող խոշորագույն ընկերության բնականոն գործունեությունը։
Նման նախաձեռնությունը չի բխում նաև աշխատավորների շահերից, քանի որ Օրենսգրքի 78 հոդվածով սահմանված կարգով գործադուլը անօրինական ճանաչվելու դեպքում Օրենսգրքի 82 հոդվածի համաձայն գործադուլին մասնակցած աշխատողները գործատուին պատճառված վնասի համար կրելու են համապարտ պատասխանատվություն:
Գործատուների միությունը կոչ է անում բոլոր բողոքավոր աշխատավորներին վերադառնալ բնականոն աշխատանքի, գնալ կառուցողական բանակցությունների, գտնել փոխզիջումներ և խոչընդոտ չդառնալ գործատու ընկերության գործունեությանը, իսկ բանակցությունների արդյունքում համաձայնության չգալու դեպքում գործադուլի նախաձեռնություն սկսել օրինական ճանապարհով։
Հարգելի՛ աշխատավորներ, չարտոնված գործողությունների հետևանքով տուժելու են հազարավոր մարդիկ, ծանր վնասներ է կրելու տնտեսությունը։
Մտահոգված ենք երկրի խորոշագույն ընկերությունում նման կամայական դրսևորումներով, քանի որ սա ոչ միայն ԶՊՄ կոմբինատի խնդիրն է, այլև նախադեպ է ստեղծում նման զարգացումների համար ցանկացած ընկերությունում, ինչը ահռելի բացասական ազդեցություն կարող է թողնել ընդհանուր տնտեսության վրա։ Հարյուրավոր ընկերություններ և կազմակերպություններ՝ իրենց հազարավոր աշխատակիցներով, կապված են ԶՊՄԿ-ի հետ և մի խումբ մարդկանց չարտոնված բողոքի պատճառով վնաս է կրում ԶՊՄԿ-ին առնչվող ամբողջ տնտեսական շղթան։
