Իսրայելի թիվ մեկ ռազմավարական խնդիրն է պաղեստինյան սպառնալիքը ամբողջովին հեռացնել Իսրայելի սահմաններից։ Այս մասին NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում նշեց տարածաշրջանային հարցերով փորձագետ Արմեն Պետրոսյանը՝ անդրադառնալով հարցին, թե որքանո՞վ է հնարավոր, որ Գազայի բնակչությանը տարհանեն հարեւան արաբական երկրներ եւ Իրսայելը տարածքը մաքրի պաղեստինցիներից:
«Դա կարող է իրականանալ միայն այն դեպքում, երբ աշխարհում արմատական խորքային փոփոխություններ տեղի ունենան, այսինքն համաշխարհային պատերազմ լինի։ Այդ դեպքում, իհարկե, դա կանխատեսելի սցենար է։ Ներկայիս պայմաններում նման սցենարը կենսագործելի չէ, բայց շատ ավելի հավանական կենսագործելի է, քան այն ժամանակ, երբ Դոնալդ Թրամփը առաջին անգամ այդ մասին խոսեց՝ 2010-ականների վերջին: Նա այդ ժամանակ ներկայացրեց պաղեստինա-իսրայելյան կարգավորման իր ծրագիրը, որը հայտնի է դարի գործարք անվանմամբ:
Ըստ այդմ, Հորդանանին, Եգիպտոսին և մյուս արաբական երկրներին ահռելի գումարներ էին խոստացվում, եթե նրանք համաձայնեն և պահպանեն իրենց մոտ պաղեստինցիների ճամբարները և կամ ընդունեն նոր փախստականներ։ Հիմա դա հնարավոր սցենար չէ, բայց դա Իսրայելի համար ամենաբաղձալի սցենարն է՝ Գազայի բնակչությունից ազատվելու համար»,-ասաց նա:
Արմեն Պետրոսյանը նկատեց, որ այստեղ բովանդակային շատ կարևոր փոփոխություն կա, եթե 2010-ականների վերջին այդ մարդիկ գոնե տներ ունեին, իրենց բնակավայրերում ապրում ենք, հիմա երկու միլիոնի չափով բնակչություն փաստացի զրկվել է իր կեցավայից, ապրուստից. «Հիմա այդ մարդկանց հարցը լուծելը շատ ավելի հեշտ է: Կստացվի թե ոչ, բարդ է ասել, բայց միանշանակ է, որ դա լինելու է Իսրայելի և հրեական լոբբիի ազդեցությամբ նաև ԱՄՆ քաղաքական օրակարգում: Բայց դա նաև անընդունելի սցենար է թե՛ Հորդանանի, թե՛ Եգիպտոսի, թե՛ Լիբանանի համար, որովհետև եթե նման բան տեղի ունենա, դա նշանակում է պաղեստինյան ապակայունացումը տեղափոխել այդ երկրի տարածքներ: Գոնե Հորդանանը կամ Լիբանանը այդ վտանգի դառը համը տեսել են իրենց պատմության ընթացքում»,- հայտարարեց փորձագետը:
