2023 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 25-ին Արցախի ՊԲ վառելիքի պահեստում տեղի ունեցած պայթյունից անցել է 1 տարի 4 ամիս, սակայն, մինչ օրս ոչ ոք պատասխանատվության չի ենթակվել, մեղավորներ չկան։ 

Հրդեհը խլել է 218 մարդու կյանք, հարյուրավորները տարբեր աստիճանի վնասվածքներ են ստացել, իսկ 22 անձի ճակատագիր դեռևս անհայտ է մնում։ 
Նրանցից մեկը Արման Ավագյանն է։ 

Մայրը՝ Գոհար Ավագյանը MediaHub-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց, որ անհետ կորածների ծնողները դիմել են բոլոր հնարավոր գերատեսչություններին ու կառույցներին, օրերս նաև ՀՀ ԱԱԾ տնօրենին են նամակով դիմել, սակայն, «սայլը տեղից չի շարժվում»։ 

«Ոչ ոքի հետաքրքիր չէ մեր զավակների անհայտ ճակատագիրը։ Սա բավական չէ, դեռ չի բացահայտվել պայթյունի պատճառները, ոչ մի մեղավոր պատասխանատվության չի ենթարկվել։ Իսկ մեր կյանքում ոչինչ չի փոխվում, սպասման ցավից օրեցօր մեռնում ենք»,-ասաց նա։ Տիկին Գոհարի խոսքով՝ անհետ կորած քաղաքացիների հարազատները դիմել են բոլոր կառույցներին ու միջազգային կազմակերպություններին, սակայն, բոլորի կողմից առայժմ նույն պատասխանն է հնչում․ «Բանակցում ենք, բայց Ադրբեջանն առայժմ չի թույլատրում պայթյունի տարածքում որոնողական աշխատանքներ  նախաձեռնել»։

Անհետ կորածների հարազատները՝ «Արդարության և մարդու իրավունքների հայկական իրավական կենտրոն»-ի, «Միջազգային և համեմատական իրավունքի կենտրոն»-ի հետ համատեղ փաստագրել են 2023-ի սեպտեմբերի 25-ին բենզինի պահեստում պայթյունի հետևանքով անհետ կորածների պատմությունները և պատրաստել զեկույց, որը կուղարկվի միջազգային կառույցներին։ 

«Այս զեկույցը միասնական տեղեկատվական ռեսուրս է, որը ստուգված տվյալներ է տրամադրում անհետ կորածների կյանքի և պայթյունի պահին նրանց հետ կապված այլ հանգամանքների մասին։ Զեկույցով կոչ է արվում Ադրբեջանին տրամադրել բոլոր հասանելի տեղեկությունները պայթյունի հետևանքով անհետ կորած անձանց մասին՝ նրանց հայտնաբերելու աշխատանքներին օգնելու համար։ Պայթյունի պահին պահեստում հարյուրավոր արցախցիներ սպասում էին բենզին ստանալու իրենց հերթին, որպեսզի կարողանային տարհանվել»,-զեկույցից մեջբերում է մեր զրուցակիցը։ 

Հիշեցնենք, որ զորամասի տարածքում վառելիքի պահեստի պահպանության գործառույթը վերապահված է եղել ՊԲ հատուկ ստորաբաժանմանը, որը պետք է քաղաքացիներին անվտանգ վառելիք տրամադրեր։ 
Վարույթը գտնվում է նախաքննության փուլում, որևէ անձ մեղադրյալի կարգավիճակ չունի։
