Կոմբինատի ամենօրյա պարապուրդը բերում է հարյուր միլիոնավոր դրամների կորուստներ, ինչպես պետական բյուջեի, այնպես էլ կոլեկտիվի և պետության համար

Շուրջ մեկ շաբաթ է հանրապետության թիվ 1 հարկատու ՝ «Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատ»-ի կոլեկտիվը գործադուլ է անում և ըստ էության 2 պահանջ դնում`

• աշխատավարձերի բարձրացում,
• աշխատանքային պայմանների բարելավում:

Ինչ վերաբերվում է աշխատանքային պայմանների բարելավմանը, ապա ակնհայտ է, որ շատ մեծ հանքավայրում բնականաբար կարող է առաջանալ գոյապահպանական խնդիր և անհրաժեշտություն է, որ կոլեկտիվի անդամների բժշկական ապահովագրությունը կամ բուժսպասարկումը լինի համապատասխան մակարդակի:

Ինչ վերաբերվում է աշխատավարձերիի բարձրացմանը, արձանագրենք, որ առաջին անգամ «Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատը» պետությանը վճարեց շահաբաժին՝ 32 միլիարդ դրամի չափով,որովհետև պետությունը այստեղ ունի շուրջ 22% բաժնեմաս: Ակնհայտ է կոմբինատը ստացել է բավականին մեծ եկամուտներ, խոսքը գնում է հարյուր միլիարդավոր դրամների մասին և այստեղ պետք է հաշվի առնել նոր իրողությունները այն է, եթե կոլեկտիվը ապահովում է մեծ եկամուտներ,ապա անպայման այդ եկամուտների չափը ինչ-որ ձևով պետք է փոխկապակցված լինի մարդկանց ստացած աշխատավարձերի հետ:

Կոմբինատում միջին աշխատավարձը ավելի բարձր է քան հանրապետության միջին աշխատավարձն է , բայց նաև եկամուտներն էլ առավել պատիկներով բարձր է քան, միջին աշխատանվարձ-ստացվող աշխատավարձ համադրությունը:

«Նոր Պրոյեկտ. Տնտեսական ալիք» նախաձեռնությունը գտնում է, որ ոչ միայն արհմիությունը պետք է ճյուղային աշխատի, այլ նաև պետական պատկան մարմինները բանակցեն՝ և՛ բաժնետերերի, և՛ կոլեկտիվի, և՛ տնօրինության հետ, որպեսզի կոմբինատը արագընթաց վերագործարկվի:

Կոմբինատի ամենօրյա պարապուրդը բերում է հարյուր միլիոնավոր դրամների կորուստներ, ինչպես պետական բյուջեի, այնպես էլ կոլեկտիվի և պետության համար: Ռազմավարական տեղաբաշխում ունեցող՝ Սյունիքի մարզի կոմբինատում, պետք չէ, որ գործարանի ավելի քան 4000 աշխատող, իսկ հարակից և սպասարկող ձեռնարկությունների շուրջ 10.000 աշխատող՝ ունենան ընթացիկ խնդիրներ և խաթարվի նրանց և նրանց ընտանիքների բնականոն կյանքը:
