Փարաքար խոշորացված համայնքի Մերձավան բնակավայրի բնակիչներից մեկը մանրամասներ պատմեց NEWS.am-ին՝ մահվան ելքով ավարտված այդ արյունալի միջադեպից:

Ըստ նրա, ամեն ինչ սկսվել է գյուղի տարածքում մեքենան արագ վարելու նկատողությունից հետո:

Նկատողություն արած անձը ավելի ուշ Մերձավանի վարչական ղեկավարի տանը մասնակցել է ծննդյան  միջոցառման, որտեղ նշել են սպանված երիտասարդի ծննդյան օրը: Նա վարչական ղեկավար Մհեր Ախտոյանի հորաքրոջ որդին է՝ Գրիգոր Օհանյանը:

Նկատողություն արած անձը եւս իրենց ընկերներից է եղել, եկել է մասնակցելու  միջոցառմանը: Այն անձը, որին նա նկատողություն է արել, ավելի ուշ՝ 1-2  ժամ անց խումբ է հավաքել, քարերով  փայտերով եկել են գյուղապետի տուն՝ իմանալով, որ իրեն նկատողություն արած անձն այդտեղ է:

Կանչել են դուրս, որից հետո մոտ 15-20 րոպե տեղի է ունեցել ձեռնամարտ, քարերով, փայտերով հարվածներ, որին էլ հաջորդել են կրակոցները:

Գրիգոր Օհանյանը փորձել է հաշտեցնել, բաժանել, գնդակը դիպել է նաեւ իրեն և նա մահացել է արդեն դրսում: Եվս մեկ մարդ վիրավոր է, գտնվում է հիվանդանոցում:

Նշենք, որ այս գիշեր Փարաքար խոշորացված համայնքի Մերձավան բնակավայրում զինված հարձակում է տեղի ունեցել բնակավայրի վարչական ղեկավար Մհեր Ախտոյանի տան ուղղությամբ: Կա մեկ զոհ, մեկ վիրավոր: Սպանվածը Ախտոյանի հորաքրոջ որդին է, վիրավորը՝ ընկերը:

Հարեւանները NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում հայտնեցին, որ սպանվածը 30 տարեկան Գրիգոր Օհանյանն է, ով նոր էր նշանադրվել, պատրաստվում էր ամուսնանալ: Նա փորձել է օգնության հասնել իր հարազատներին եւ կրակոցները նաեւ իրեն են դիպել:

Դեպքի վայրում հայտնաբերվել են պարկուճներ, արյան հետքեր, նաեւ կրակոցների հետքեր:

Նշենք, որ թե գյուղապետի տան, թե դիմացի տան վրա կան տեսախցիկներ եւ հավանաբար ամեն ինչ ֆիքսվել է:

Քննչական կոմիտեից հայտնել են, որ դեպքի առթիվ նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ՝ Քրեական օրենսգրքի 155-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով, 335-րդ հոդվածով, 297-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասով և 44-155-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով:
