ՔՊ-ական պատգամավոր Արսեն Թորոսյանը, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հետ այս օրերին գտնվում է Վաշինգտոնում, արձագանքել է հատուկ հանձնարարություններով նախկին դեսպան Էդմոն Մարուքյանի՝ վերջին շրջանում հնչեցրած հայտարարություններին.
«Շատերը նկատած կլինեն, որ մեր նախկին գործընկեր Էդմոն Մարուքյանը վերջին շրջանում ակտիվորեն նոյեմբերի 9-ի փաստաթուղթ է գովազդում ու առաջխաղացնում ու ես թեև զարմանքս կորցնելու եզրին եմ մեր քաղաքական համակարգում հնչած որոշ մտքերի ու կոչերի հանդեպ, բայց կրկին անկեղծորեն զարմանում եմ։
Պարոն Մարուքյանն ասում է, որ պետք է պահանջենք այդ փաստաթղթի կետերի կատարում՝ հավանաբար մոռանալով, որ այդ փաստաթղթի ստորագրման պահից ինչքան ուժ ունեինք հենց դա էինք անում, բայց իրականությունը եղավ հակառակը։ Ստորագրումից շատ չանցած մյուս երկու կողմերը՝ Ռուսաստանն ու Ադրբեջանը սկսեցին խախտել այդ փաստաթուղթը։ Զարմանալ կարելի է, թե ինչպես կարել է այսքանը չհիշել։
Ինչպե՞ս կարելի է մոռանալ Խծաբերդը, Փառուխը, Լաչինի միջանցքի բլոկադան, գերիներին հետ չտալը։ Թե՞ լավ էլ ամեն ինչ նա հիշում է, բայց այլ օրակարգ է առաջ տանում։
Իսկ կարո՞ղ է ռուսական զորքերի վերադարձն ու ռուսական վերահսկողության տակ միջանցքն է այդ օրակարգը։ Չէ չէ, չեմ պնդում, որ պարոն Մարուքյանը մեզ կրկին ռուսական լծի տակ է ուզում վերադարձնել ու մեր սուվերեն տարածքից զիջումներ անել նրանց, պարզապես բարձրաձայն մտածում եմ։
