Հունվարի 19-ին Թուրքիային արտահանձնված երկու անձինք Հայաստան մուտք էին գործել 2023 թվականի նոյեմբերի 22-ին Բագրատաշենի անցակետով։ «Ազատություն»-ը դատական տեղեկատվական հարթակից պարզել է, որ Էրջան Յըլմազն ու Իբրահիմ Քայմակը սահմանը հատել են՝ ներկայանալով որպես Բուլղարիայի քաղաքացիներ ու ներկայացնելով կեղծ փաստաթղթեր։

Ընդ որում՝ «Դատալեքս»-ից պարզ է դառնում, որ նրանց սահմանն ապօրինի հատելուն օժանդակել է Հայաստանի քաղաքացի։ Արմեն Մկրտչյանը, ըստ գործում առկա տվյալների, կեղծ փաստաթղթերն անձամբ է տարել Վրաստան, որ Յըլմազն ու Քայմակը Հայաստան մուտք գործեն։

Մկրտչյանին դատարանը վերջնական պատիժ է նշանակել 3 միլիոն դրամի տուգանք։ Իսկ Էրջան Յըլմազի ու Իբրահիմ Քայմակի համար դատարանը 11 ամսով ազատազրկում է սահմանել՝ պետական սահմանն ապօրինի հատելու ու փաստաթղթեր կեղծելու համար։ Նրանք մինչ վճռի հրապարակումն արդեն մեկ ամիս ազատազրկման մեջ են եղել։ Դատարանի որոշման մեջ նշված է, որ Յըլմազն ու Քայմակը վտարվում են Թուրքիայի Հանրապետություն, Հայաստան նրանց մուտքն արգելվում է 10 տարով:

Ըստ Թուրքիայի ներքին գործերի նախարարության՝ Էրջան Յըլմազը հետախուզման մեջ է եղել 15 տարի, նրան ձերբակալելու ավելի քան 40, իսկ 6 տարի հետախուզման մեջ գտնվող Քայմակին՝ 10 օրդեր է ներկայացված եղել։ Ըստ թուրք իրավապահների՝ Յըլմազը հանցավոր կազմակերպության առաջնորդ է, իսկ Քայմակը՝ կազմակերպության անդամ։
