Դատարանը կալանավորել է ՌԴ և Լիտվայի Հանրապետության քաղաքացիներին, որոնք խուլիգանություն էին կատարել մետրոյում

Այսօր՝ փետրվարի 6-ին, ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Էրեբունի և Նուբարաշեն վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնի քննիչը միջնորդություն է ներկայացրել Երևան քաղաքի ընդհանուր իրավասության քրեական դատարան, որպեսզի դատարանը որպես խափանման միջոց երկամսյա կալանքի որոշում կայացնի Լիտվայի Հանրապետության քաղաքացի 36-ամյա Լուկաս Ռևինսկասի, ՌԴ քաղաքացիներ 20-ամյա Գեորգի Րադգինի, 20-ամյա Սավելիյ Բիրյուկովի, 27-ամյա Նիկիտա Վոլչենկովի, 19-ամյա Ստեփան Սայի նկատմամբ, ովքեր բռնվել էին Հայաստանի սահմանում՝ Բագատաշենի անցակետից, երբ փորձել էին լքել ՀՀ տարածքը:

Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, դատարանը բավարարել է քննիչի միջնորդությունը և նշած 5 անձինք կալանավորվել և դատարանից տեղափոխվել են ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարության քրեակատարողական ծառայության համապատասխան հիմնարկ:
Ինչպես ավելի վաղ հայտնել էր ֆոտոլրագրողը, փետրվարի 3-ին Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի գործակարգավարական հերթական նիստի ժամանակ Կարեն Դեմիրճյանի անվան Երևանի մետրոպոլիտենի տնօրենի պաշտոնակատար Բաբկեն Սեդրակյանը քաղաքապետ Տ. Ավինյանին տեղեկացրել էր, որ փետրվարի 1-ին արտակարգ դեպք էր տեղի ունեցել Մետոպոլիտենում: Անհայտ անձինք «Սասունցի Դավիթ» կայարանից դեպի «Զորավար Անդրանիկ» երթևեկող գնացքն արտակարգ կանգառ էին արել, որի ժամանակ էլ քաղաքացին գնացքի միջից սեղմել էր արգելակման «Ստոպ» կոճակն ու արգելակել էր գնացքը:
Մինչ գնացքավարը դիսպետչերին հայտնել էր տեղի ունեցածի մասին, այդ ընթաքում բաց տարածքում 4-5 դիմակավորված անձինք անցել էին պատն ու սկսել գնացքի վրա գունավոր ներկերով ներկել:
