Սպառողներին խաբելու համատարած պրակտիկայի դեմ ոչինչ չի արվում

Էդմոն Մարուքյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Հունվարի 22-ին ստացա հեռախոսային հաղորդագրություն Վեգա խանութների ցանցից, որով ինձ տեղեկացնում էին. «Հարգելի Մարուքյան, մեծ վաճառք ինքնարժեքով էլեկտրատեխնիկայի ամբողջ տեսականու համար Վեգա խանութներում մինչև 31.01.16»: Հաղորդագրությունում առկա էր նաև հեռախոսահամար, որով ես երեկ՝ 31.01.16թ. զանգահարեցի և հարցրեցի, թե արդյո՞ք այդ ինքնարժեքով զեղչը գործում է մինչ օրվա ավարտը, ինչին ստացա դրական պատասխան: Ես շտապեցի Զեյթունում գտնվող Վեգա խանութ' գնելու որոշակի ապրանք և անասելի էր իմ զարմանքը, երբ տեսա այսպես կոչված «ինքնարժեքը»... Ապրանքը, որը ցանկանում էի գնել, ուներ գնապիտակ, որի վրա նշված էր նկարում պատկերվածը (երկու ին, որից մեկը իբր ինքնարժեքը): Դիմելով սրահի աշխատակցին' հարցրեցի, թե ուր են խոստացված զեղջերը և արդյո՞ք այդ գինն այն ինքնարժեքն է, որով տվյալ սարքը ներկրվում է երկիր: Ինձ պատասխանեցին, որ դա շատ լավ զեղչ է։ Իմ այն տարակուսանքը, թե այդ ինչպես և ինչ հիմքով է հաշվարկվել, որևէ կերպ չփարատվեց:
Ես հիմնավոր կասկած ունեմ, որ մեր քաղաքացիներին խաբում են, նշելովտարբեր ազգանուններ, ուղարկել են հաղորդագրություն, որով հրավիրել են գնումներ կատարել «ԻՆՔՆԱՐԺԵՔՈՎ», ես, այցելելով խանութ, պարզել եմ, որ ակնհայտ իրականությանը չհամապատասխանող տեղեկատվություն եմ ստացել, որով մարդկանց մոլորության մեջ են գցում ու խաբում:
Քաջ գիտակցելով, որ սա մեր երկրում եզակի դեպք չէ' կոչ եմ անում մեր քաղաքացիներին հետևողական լինել նման իրավիճակներում և թույլ չտալ սպառողների իրավունքների ոտնահարումներ:
Միևնույն ժամանակ, այսօր դիմելու եմ համապատասխան լիազոր մարմին' Վեգա խանութներում ստուգում իրականացնելու համար' պարզելու նպատակով, թե ինչ հիմքով և ինչպես է հաշվարկվում այն ինքնարժեքը, որով գնումներ անելու գովազդ հրավեր է ուղարկվում:
