Սննդաբանը գնահատել է կաթնամթերքի վնասակարությունը

Կաթնամթերքի վնասակարությունը կարող է չափազանցված լինել, Lenta.ru-ի հետ զրույցում ասել է սննդաբան Ելենա Սոլոմատինան։ Նա բացատրել է, որ կաթնամթերքը կարող է վտանգավոր լինել միայն լակտոզային անտանելիություն ունեցող մարդկանց համար, որոնց թիվը քիչ է:
«Կաթնամթերքի վտանգի մասին բոլոր հետազոտություններն արվել են այն երկրների ներկայացուցիչների կողմից, որտեղ տավարաբուծությունը այնքան էլ զարգացած չէ։ Սննդակարգն այնտեղ տարբեր է, ուստի նրանք չունեն լակտոզա քայքայող ֆերմենտ: Դրա պատճառով կաթը վատ է մարսվում նրանց դեպքում և կարող է առաջացնել փքվածություն, տհաճություն, բորբոքում, ինչը, իհարկե, վնասում է ողջ օրգանիզմին»,- պարզաբանել է սննդաբանը։
«Նույնիսկ նրանք, ովքեր այնքան էլ լավ չեն տանում կաթը, հաճախ նորմալ են մարսում ֆերմենտացված կաթնամթերքը․ լակտոզան մեծ մասամբ քայքայվում է բակտերիաների կողմից»,- ասել է Lenta.ru-ի զրուցակիցը։ — Երբեմն, սակայն, պատահում է, որ մանկության տարիներին մարդը նորմալ է տանում կաթը, իսկ հասուն տարիքում այն առաջացնում է մարսողության խանգարում և մաշկի ցան։ Այստեղ խնդիրն այն է, որ այն, ինչ մենք չենք օգտագործում, ատրոֆիա է: Որպեսզի մարմինը նորից սկսի անհրաժեշտ քանակությամբ արտադրել անհրաժեշտ ֆերմենտը, կարելի է փորձել կաթը սննդակարգ մտցնել աստիճանաբար, փոքր չափաբաժիններով»։
