Ոստիկանները, քննիչներն ու պարեկները պարզել են երեկ՝ փետրվարի 8-ին, Կոտայքի մարզում տեղի ունեցած սպանության հանգամանքները ու հայտնաբերել են դեպքի վայրը։

Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, ոստիկանների ու քննիչների կատարած հսկայածավալ աշխատանքների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ Կոտայքի մարզի բնակիչներ 43-ամյա Գարեգին Ն․-ն, 47-ամյա Արծրուն Մ․-ն և 39-ամյա Արսեն Դ․-ն խնջույքի են մասնակցել վերջինիս պատկանող բնակարանում և այն շարունակվել է մինչև ուշ գիշեր, ինչից հետո նշված անձինք դուրս են եկել բնակարանից և գնացել Հրազդան քաղաքի Միկրոշրջան թաղամասի Բաղրամյան փողոցում գործող «Կինգ բիլլիարդ» խաղասրահ և այնտեղ որոշ ժամանակ անցկացնելուց հետո Արսեն Դ․-ն «Յանդեքս» հավելվածով տաքսի է պատվիրել, որպեսզի Գարեգին Ն․-ին ճանապարհի տուն:

Գ․ Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով՝ պատվերը ընդունել է 35-ամյա Աղասի Ա․-ն (ում մահացած վիճակում գտել էին հիվանդանոցի բակում՝ իր կողմից վարած «Mazda 3» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայի հետևի նստատեղին)։ Վերջինը ավտոմեքենայով եկել է «Կինգ բիլլիարդ» խաղասրահի բակ։ Ճանապարհին վարորդ Աղասի Ա․-ի և ուղևոր Գարեգին Ն․-ի միջև, ըստ ստացված օպերատիվ տվյալների, ավտոմեքենայում վիճաբանություն է տեղի ունեցել, ինչից հետո այն շարունակվել Հրազդան քաղաքի Մուշ թաղամասի հասցեներից մեկում, որտեղ փոխադարձ հարվածներ են հասցրել միմյանց, հնչեցրել են հայհոյանքներ, որի ժամանակ Գարեգին Ն․-ն իր մոտ եղած դանակով հարվածել է Աղասի Ա․-ին՝ պատճառելով վնասվածք։

Այդ ամենից հետո վիրավորին նստեցրել է «Mazda 3» ավտոմեքենան և տեղափոխել «Հրազդան» բժշկական կենտրոն, որտեղ հիվանդանոցի մուտքի մոտ թողել է ավտոմեքենան ու ինքը դիմել փախուստի։ Հիվանդանոցի բուժանձնակազմը, տեսնելով ավտոմեքենան, բացել է դուռը և այնտեղ հայտնաբերել մահացածի մարմին, ինչից հետո ահազանգել են ոստիկանության Հրազդանի բաժին, սակայն մինչ այդ արդեն Կոտայքի մարզի քրեական վարչությունում և ոստիկանության Հրազդանի բաժնում ստացված են եղել օպերատիվ տվյալներ մեքենայի՝ հիվանդանոցի մոտ լինելու մասին։

Ֆոտոլրագրողի տեղեկություններով՝ Կոտայքի մարզի քրեական վարչության ու Հրազդանի համայնքային ոստիկանության ծառայողները կարճ ժամանակում հերթական օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ են ստանում, ապա համագործակցելով ՊԾ Կոտայքի մարզի գումարտակի և ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչության քննիչների հետ երեկ՝ փետրվարի 8-ին, Գարեգին Ն․-ին հայտնաբերում են Հրազդան քաղաքում և նշված հանցանքը կատարելու անմիջականորեն ծագած հիմնավոր կասկածի առկայությամբ ձերբակալում և տեղափոխում են ոստիկանության Հրազդանի բաժին։

Դեպքի փաստով քրեական ոստիկանության Կոտայքի մարզային վարչությունում փաստաթղթեր են կազմվում, ինչից հետո Գարեգին Ն․-ն, քրեական ու համայնքային ոստիկանների կողմից հայտնաբերված Արսեն Դ․-ն և Արծրուն Մ․-ն ներկայացվում են ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչություն։

Ոստիկանությունն ու քննչական բաժինը ձեռնարկում են անհրաժեշտ միջոցառումներ՝ հանցագործության գործիք դանակը հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ։
