«Նիվա»-ի 20-ամյա վարորդը «դրիֆտ» է արել և տեսանյութը տեղադրել համացանցում․ քաղաքացին ձերբակալվել է

Փետրվարի 7-ին ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության պարեկային ծառայության Կոտայքի մարզի գումարտակի 2-րդ վաշտի 1-ին դասակի պարեկները Կոտայքի մարզում հայտնաբերել են Աբովյանում չարամտորեն խուլիգանություն կատարող «ՎԱԶ 2121» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայի վարորդին ու նրա կողմից վարած «Նիվա»-ն։ Այս մասին հայտնում է Shamshyan-ը։
Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, այդ օրը ՊԾ Կոտայքի մարզի գումարտակում հերթական օպերատիվ տեղեկությունն էին ստացվել, որ «ՎԱԶ 2121» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենան Աբովյան քաղաքում չարամտորեն խախտում է ճանապարհային երթևեկության կանոնները՝ ցուցաբերելով անհարգալից վերաբերմունք թե՛ հասարակության, թե՛ մյուս տրանսպորտային միջոցների վարորդների նկատմամբ։
Տեղում գումարտակի հրամանատար Լևոն Բադալյանի, գումարտակի հրամանատարի տեղակալ Վահագն Կարապետյանի, վաշտի հրամանատար Դավիթ Հովհաննիսյանի գլխավորությամբ պարեկները գործի են անցնում ու քանի որ տեղեկություն էր ստացվել, որ «Նիվիստ»-ը Աբովյան քաղաքի տարբեր փողոցներով է երթևեկում, նրան հայտնաբերելու համար պարեկները տեսադաշտում են վերցնում Աբովյան քաղաքի մի քանի փողոցներ ու որոշ ժամանակ անց ՊԾ Կոտայքի մարզ գումարտակի 2-րդ վաշտի 1-ին դասակի ավագ պարեկ Ավետ Հովհաննիսյանը ու կրտսեր պարեկ Վարուժան Գասկասյանը կասկածելի «Նիվա»-ն նկատում են Աբովյան քաղաքում՝ Զորավար Անդրանիկի փողոցում և վարորդին խուլիգանություն կատարելու անմիջականորեն ծագած հիմնավոր կասկածի առկայության հիմքով ձերբակալում և տեղափոխում են համայնքային ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Կոտայքի բաժին, ավտոմեքենան էլ տեղափոխվում է հատուկ պահպանվող տարածք։
Պարզվում է, որ օպերատիվ տեղեկությունները հավաստի են ու վարորդը՝ Կոտայքի մարզի բնակիչ 20-ամյա Ն․ Չ-ն, Աբովյան քաղաքի Զորավար Անդրանիկի փողոցում, բացահայտ անհարգալից վերաբերմունք դրսևորելով հասարակության նկատմամբ, իր վարած «Նիվա»-ով կատարել է մանևրեր (դրիֆտ), որը տեղադրվել է սոցիալական կայքերում։
Դեպքի փաստով ոստիկանության Կոտայքի բաժնում փաստաթղթեր են ձևակերպվել, որոնք փոխանցվել են ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Աբովյանի քննչական բաժին, որտեղ դեպքի փաստով խուլիգանություն կատարելու հատկանիշներով նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ։
