 ՀՀ կառավարությունը 2016 թվականին ինտենսիվ աշխատանքներ կիրականացնի հայրենիք վերադարձող սփյուռքահայերի, այդ թվում՝ սիրիահայերի` հասարակության ինտեգրման գործընթացի արագացման և այդ ուղղությամբ կառուցակարգերի ներդրման ուղղությամբ: Ինչպես փոխանցում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, այդ ուղղությամբ աշխատանքների իրականացումն ընդգրկված է կառավարության ընթացիկ տարվա գերակա ծրագրերի թվում:

Ըստ գործադիրի՝ տարբեր երկրներից սփյուռքահայեր շարունակում են տեղափոխվել Հայաստան, հետևաբար` մեր երկրում սփյուռքահայերի ինտեգրման տարաբնույթ ծրագրերի մշակումն ու իրականացումը հնարավորություն է տալու նրանց ինքնադրսևորման նպաստավոր պայմաններ ստեղծել: Նախատեսվում է, հաշվի առնելով Հայաստան ժամանած սփյուռքահայերի պահանջներն ու կարիքները, նրանց ինտեգրումը դյուրացնող նախորդ տարիներին ընդունված իրավական ակտերի համաձայն կազմակերպել աջակցություն, իրականացնել ծրագրեր, միջոցառումներ՝ սոցիալական, իրավական, կրթական խնդիրների լուծման նպ ատակով:

Ծրագրերի իրականացման արդյունքում կմշակվեն ու կիրականացվեն սփյուռքահայերի, մասնավորապես` սիրիահայերի կրթական, մշակութային ինտեգրմանը նպաստող բազմաբնույթ  միջոցառումներ, անհրաժեշտ աջակցություն կցուցաբերվի սիրիահայ դպրոցականների և ուսանողների կրթական գործընթացի կազմակերպմանը, մասնավորապես, ուսման վարձավճարների փոխհատուցմանը: Ակնկալվում է նաև խրախուսել Հայաստան տեղափոխված սփյուռքահայերի ծրագրային նախաձեռնությունները, օժանդակել Հայաստանում գործող սփյուռքահայերի հասարակական միավորումներին,  սփյուռքահայերի հիմնախնդիրներով զբաղվող կառույցների առնվազն 3 միջոցառման կազմակերպմանը, լեզվական հարցերի կարգավորմանը:
