Լարված իրավիճակ է ստեղծվել Հաղթանակ թաղամասում, քաղաքացիները փակել են ճանապարհը, պահանջում են իրենց խնդիրների լուծում:
Բնակիչները նշում են, որ իրենց խնդրի մասին դիմել են բոլոր պատկան մարմիններին՝ քաղաքապետարան, Աժ, կառավարություն, սակայն լուծում չեն ստացել: Նրանք նաև հորդորում են միմյանց՝ բախման չգնալ ոստիկանների հետ:
Խնդիրը, ըստ բնակիչների, այն է, որ իրենք չեն կարողանում իրացնել իրենց հողերը:
«Չենք կարողանում ձեռք բերել սեփականության վկայականներ և բնակիչները չեն կարողանում իրացնել իրենց սեփականության իրավունքը: Այսինքն, միայն կարողանում ենք մշակել, վաճառել, օտարել, նվիրատվություն անել չի լինում, պետք է վկայական տրվի: Պետք է սահմանների ճշտման գործողություն անի քաղաքապետարանն այդ հատվածում, սկսում է խնդիրներ առաջ քաշել, թե մարդկանց սեփականության թղթերի մեջ կան ջնջումների անճշտություններ, բայց չէ՞ որ դա քաղաքացու խնդիրը չէ»,- ասաց բնակիչներից մեկը:
Վերջինս հավելեց, որ բնակիչներից ամեն մեկն իր սեփականությունն իրացնելու ժամանակ բախվում է խնդրի, ու մարդը չգիտի այդ խնդիրը երբվանից է առաջացել:
Բնակիչներից մեկն էլ ասաց, որ ոստիկանական ուժեր են բերել այստեղ լցրել, որ իրենց ձայնը զսպվի, բայց ժողովրդավարական երկրում ենք չէ՞ ապրում: «Ժողովուրդը պահանջում է հանդիպում այստեղ՝ Հաղթանակ թաղամասում, չենք ուզում հանդիպում քաղաքապետարանում, մենք կուլիսային մարդիկ չենք, հանրային մարդիկ ենք, որ կարող են իրենց խոսքը հասցնել տեղ ու մեր խոսքը հասցնելու ենք տեղ»,- ասաց նա:
