Հաջորդ ՄԻՊ-ին սպասելիս

Այսօր ԱԺ 5-րդ գումարման 9-րդ նստաշրջանի քառօրյա նիստին ԱԺ պետա-իրավական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Հովհաննես Սահակյանը ներկայացրեց ՄԻՊ ընտրության նոր կարգը, որը հաստատված է նոր Սահմանադրությամբ:
Ըստ այդմ, Ազգային ժողովին Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի պաշտոնում ընտրելու համար թեկնածու է առաջարկվում ԱԺ պետական-իրավական հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի որոշմամբ: Այնուհետ թեկնածուն պետք է ներկայացվի ԱԺ լիագումար նիստին, որտեղ թեկնածուի ՄԻՊ պաշտոնին նշանակման համար անհրաժեշտ կլինի պատգամավորների 3/5-ի ձայնը: Սակայն, հաշվի առնելով այն, որ ԱԺ պետա-իրավական հանձնաժողովում ՀՀԿ խմբակցությունը մեծամասնություն է, ապա ստացվում է, որ թեկնածուն կլինի բացառապես ՀՀԿ որոշմամբ: Հետևաբար պատգամավորներն առաջարկեցին որպեսզի հնարավորություն ընձեռվի հանձնաժողովում ներկայացված բոլոր խմբակցությունների կողմից մեկական թեկնածուի առաջադրումը: Սակայն մինչ թեկնածուների մասին պաշտոնական տեղեկատվությունը, մամուլում շարունակում են շրջանառվել հնարավոր թեկնածուների անունները: Շրջանառվում են Աժ պատգամավորներ Կարեն Բեքարյանի, Թևան Պողոսյանի, փաստաբան Արտակ Զեյնալյանի, իրավապաշտպան Ավետիք Իշխանյանի, ԵՊՀ իրավաբանական ֆակուլտետի դեկանի տեղակալ Կարեն Գևորգյանի, ՍԴ նախագահ Գագիկ Հարությունյանի խորհրդական, Փաստաբանների պալատի անդամ, իրավագետ Արամ Վարդևանյանի և ՀՌԱՀ անդամ Արմեն Մկրտչյանի անունները:
Նշենք, որ Արամ Վարդևանյանը նախկին ՄԻՊ Կարեն Անդրեասյանի պաշտոնավարման ժամանակ մոտ 3 տարի աշխատել է ՄԻՊ գրասենյակում՝ որպես վարչության պետ, իսկ Արմեն Մկրտչյանն առաջինն է, որ ՄԻԵԴ-ում հաղթել է դատական գործը:
