Վաղն ԱԺ-ն կքննարկի «ԵՄ-ին ՀՀ-ի անդամակցելու գործընթացի մեկնարկի մասին» օրինագիծը

«Եվրոպական Միությանը Հայաստանի Հանրապետության անդամակցելու գործընթացի մեկնարկի մասին» օրենքի նախագիծը ընդգրկվել է ՀՀ ԱԺ 8-րդ գումարման 9-րդ նստաշրջանի 2025 թվականի փետրվարի 11-ն գումարվող հերթական նիստերի օրակարգում։ Նշված տեղեկատվությունը տեղադրված է ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովի պաշտոնական կայքում՝ «Նիստերի օրակարգ» ենթաբաժնում։
Որպես օրենսդրական նախաձեռնության հեղինակ՝ նշված է «Քաղաքացիական նախաձեռնություն» եզրույթը, իսկ առաջարկությունը խորհրդարան է ներկայացվել ՀՀ կառավարության կողմից, ինչը ամրագրված է օրինագծի ամփոփաթերթի առաջին տողում։
«Ելնելով Ազգային ժողովի կողմից հավանության արժանացած` Կառավարության 2021-2026 թվականների ծրագրի «Արտաքին քաղաքականություն» բաժնի 1.1-ին ենթաբաժնից, որի համաձայն «Հայաստանը շարունակելու է Եվրոպական միության և ԵՄ անդամ պետությունների հետ երկկողմ և բազմակողմ համագործակցությունը՝ հիմնվելով Հայաստան-ԵՄ Համապարփակ և ընդլայնված գործընկերության համաձայնագրի (ՀԸԳՀ) և այլ համատեղ ստորագրած փաստաթղթերի վրա: Շարունակվելու է Հայաստան-ԵՄ ինստիտուցիոնալ համագործակցությունը՝ ժողովրդավարական բարեփոխումների, ոլորտային առկա մարտահրավերները հաղթահարելու, ինչպես նաև Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քաղաքացիների համար ԵՄ մուտքի արտոնագրի ազատականացման երկխոսություն սկսելու ուղղությամբ», ինչպես նաև նկատի ունենալով Հայաստանի Հանրապետության վարչապետի կողմից Եվրոպական խորհրդարանում հնչեցված դիրքորոշումն առ այն, որ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը պատրաստ է Եվրոպական միությանը այնքան մոտ լինել, ինչքան Եվրոպական միությունը հնարավոր կհամարի, Կառավարությունն առարկություն չունի նախագծի բովանդակության վերաբերյալ»,- նշվում է առաջարկության մեջ։
