Փաշինյանը որոշում է ստորագրել․ Ղեկավարվելով «Կառավարության կառուցվածքի և գործունեության մասին» Հայաստանի Հանրապետության օրենքի 7-րդ հոդվածի 5-րդ մասով՝ 

1. ՀՀ-ԵՄ Մարդու իրավունքների շուրջ երկխոսության և ՀՀ-ԵՄ արդարադատության, ազատության և անվտանգության հարցերով գործընկերության ենթակոմիտեի տասնչորսերորդ նիստերին մասնակցելու նպատակով 2025 թվականի փետրվարի 16-19-ը Բելգիայի Թագավորություն (Բրյուսել) գործուղել պատվիրակություն՝ համաձայն հավելվածի: 

2. Պատվիրակության՝ ներքոնշյալ անդամների Բելգիայի Թագավորություն գործուղման ծախսերը կատարել՝ 1) Վահան Կոստանյանինը, Լենա Թերզիկյանինը, Զոյա Ստեփանյանինը՝ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության 2025 թվականի պետական բյուջեով Հայաստանի Հանրապետության արտաքին գործերի նախարարությանը հատկացված միջոցների հաշվին. 

2 2) Աննա Կարապետյանինը և Ռուբինա Մխիթարյանինը՝ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության 2025 թվականի պետական բյուջեով Հայաստանի Հանրապետության արդարադատության նախարարությանը հատկացված միջոցների հաշվին. 

3) Արմեն Ղազարյանինը՝ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության 2025 թվականի պետական բյուջեով Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ներքին գործերի նախարարությանը հատկացված միջոցների հաշվին. 4) Անահիտ Սանթրոսյանինը՝ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության վարչապետի աշխատակազմի պահպանման ծախսերում արտասահմանյան գործուղումների համար նախատեսված միջոցների հաշվին: 

3. Ընդունել ի գիտություն, որ պատվիրակության ներքոնշյալ անդամների՝ Բելգիայի Թագավորություն գործուղման ծախսերը կատարվելու են՝ 

1) Նունե Հովհաննիսյանինը՝ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության 2025 թվականի պետական բյուջեով Կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովին հատկացված միջոցների հաշվին. 

2) Քրիստինե Գաբուզյանինը՝ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության դատախազության «դատավարական ղեկավարում և դատախազական հսկողություն» ծրագրի «արտասահմանյան գործուղումների գծով ծախսեր» հոդվածով. 

3) Արթուր Նահապետյանինը՝ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության 2025 թվականի պետական բյուջեով Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քննչական կոմիտեին հատկացված Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քննչական ծառայությունների ծրագրերի արտասահմանյան գործուղումների համար նախատեսված միջոցների հաշվին. 

4) Տիգրանուհի Խալաֆյանինը՝ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության 2025 թվականի պետական բյուջեով Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կոռուպցիայի կանխարգելման հանձնաժողովին հատկացված միջոցների հաշվին: 

4. Հայաստանի Հանրապետության արտաքին գործերի նախարարին և Հայաստանի Հանրապետության արդարադատության նախարարին` ապահովել 3 գործուղումից վերադառնալուց հետո հնգօրյա ժամկետում Բելգիայի Թագավորություն գործուղման արդյունքների մասին հաշվետվությունները Հայաստանի Հանրապետության վարչապետի աշխատակազմ ներկայացնելը՝ համաձայն Հայաստանի Հանրապետության վարչապետի 2018 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 19-ի N 1230-Ն որոշմամբ սահմանված կարգի:
