Բագրատ արքեպիսկոպոս Գալստանյանը հանդես է եկել շտապ հայտարարությամբ՝ անդրադառնալով Ալեն Սիմոնյանի այն հայտարարությանը, որը նա հնչեցրեց արցախցի լրագրողի հասցեին։

Ալեն Սիմոնյանը մասնավորապես ասել էր․ «Դուք դուրս եկաք այդտեղից, որովհետև անվտանգ չէր, չնայած կարելի էր մնալ և պայքարել մինչև վերջ, բայց դուք դուրս եկաք։ Պետք էր կռվել, պետք էր կռվել»։

«Եթե այս մարդիկ բացահայտ խոսում են այս մասին՝ փորձելով սահմանափակումներով, ինչ-որ կերպով արտահայտել իրենց մտքի եղածը, պատկերացրեք, թե իրենք իրենց միջավայրում ինչեր են խոսում, անընդհատ շեշտելով, որ պետք էր կռվել, դուք դուրս եկաք, թողեցիք ամեն ինչ։ Մենք այլևս սպառվել ենք ասելեվ, որ այս մարդիկ բարոյականություն չունեն։ Եվ այս մարդիկ հայտնվել են իշխանության ղեկին, մեր կյանքերը սրանց են վստահված։ Մոռանում են, որ Գորիս-Կապան ճանապարհը հանձնել են իրենք։ Տավուշի գյուղերի հանձնումը իրենց ձեռքի սև գործն է։ Եվ շարունակում են անել»,-ասաց Սրբազանը։

Նա հարց ուղղեց, թե կռվելուց խոսողները, որտե՞ղ էին ամբողջ պատերազմի ժամանակ։

«Այս հայտարարությամբ փորձում են արդարացնել Ադրբեջանի ագրեսին, էթնիկ զտումները, որի մասին խոսել է իրենց արտգործնախարարը։ Այսպես նաև արդարացնում են Բաքվում մեր հայրենակիցների բռնաճնշումները»,-շեշտեց Բագրատ Սրբազանը։
