Ցավալի է ՀՀ ԱԺ նախագահի հույժ պատասխանատու կոչումը ունեցող պաշտոնյայից այդպիսի անպատասխանատու հայտարարություններ լսելը Արցախի և արցախահայության մասին: Նման անհեռատես և հավակնոտ խոսքերը ոչ միայն չեն կարող նպաստել հայրենական կյանքում առկա խնդիրների լուծմանը, մեզ օդ ու ջրի պես այդքան անհրաժեշտ ազգային միասնության ապահովմանը, այլև ճիշտ հակառակը, դրանք առավելագույնս խորացնում են մեր ժողովրդի մեջ արհեստականորեն ներդրված հատվածականության բաժանարար գծերը: Այս մասին հայտարարություն է տարածել ՀԱՍԵ Արցախի թեմը:

«Ավելին, հոգևոր տեսողություն և ընկալում ունեցող մարդկանց համար հստակ տեսանելի են այդպիսի վարքագծի բուն պատճառները: Դրախտում առաջին մարդկանց գործած ամենամեծ մեղքը եղավ ոչ թե արգելված պտուղն ուտելը, այլ Աստծո հարցմանն ի պատասխան մեղքը իրենց վրայից ուրիշի վրա գցելը և չզղջալը: Այս երևույթը ներկա է մարդկության պատմության ողջ ընթացքում և դրա հաղթահարումը հնարավոր է միայն քրիստոնեության ճանապարհով, որ սովորեցնում է առաջին հերթին տեսնել մեր մեղքը և պատասխանատու լինել մեր քայլերի համար: Արցախյան 44-օրյա պատերազմից հետո, Արցախի 9-ամսյա շրջափակման ընթացքին և 2023 թ. բռնի տեղահանումից հետո մեր ժողովրդի մի ստվար հատվածի մոտ ցավալիորեն արմատացել է մեղքն ու պատասխանատվությունը իրենցից հեռացնելու կործանարար մոտեցումը, ինչի համար հիմք են ծառայել ամենաբարձր մակարդակով բազմիցս արված նման անհեռատես ու պառակտիչ հայտարարությունները, իսկ ԱԺ նախագահի վերջին հայտարարությունը ընդամենը թարմացումն էր վերոնշյալ մոտեցման:

Հարկ չենք համարում մանրամասն կերպով վերստին անդրադառնալու, թե 9-ամսյա շրջափակման նեղությունները կրած մեր ժողովուրդը ինչպիսի հերոսական դիմադրություն ցույց տվեց 2023 թ․ սեպտեմբերի 19-ին, որովհետև համաձայն սուրբգրային խոսքի, «Ով աչք ունի տեսնելու, կտեսնի», իսկ ով ցանկություն չունի իրականությունը տեսնելու, երբեք էլ չի տեսնի: Բայց ամենամեծ ցավն այն է, որ իրականությունը լավագույնս իմացող, 2023 թ. Արցախին օգնելուց պաշտոնապես հրաժարված անձինք չեն վարանում վերստին խեղաթյուրելու իրականությունը՝ նորից ու նորից աղ լցնելով հայրենազուրկ արցախցիների չսպիացած վերքերին, անտեսելով նաև 2023 թվականին նահատակված հարյուրավոր մեր տղաների սխրանքը:

Աղոթում ենք, որ Աստված իմաստություն տա մեր ժողովրդին, որպեսզի ոչինչ ու ոչ ոք պատճառ չդառնան արհեստական լարվածության ու իրար հանդեպ անհանդուրժողականության: Ինչքան որ զորանա սերը, ներողամտությունը և միասնությունը մեր հայրենիքում, այնքան ավելի շուտ կկատարվեն մեր բոլոր նվիրական իղձերն ու երազանքները, որը վստահ ենք, որ ամեն մի հայի ցանկությունն է»,- ասված է հայտարարության մեջ:
