Մրցակցության պաշտպանության հանձնաժողովը 2024 թվականի փետրվարի 4-ի թիվ 55-Ա որոշմամբ կարճել է Կրթության, գիտության, մշակույթի և սպորտի նախարարության նկատմամբ Սնուփ Դոգի համերգի կազմակերպման նպատակով «Դոպինգ Սփեյս» ընկերությանը պետական օժանդակության տրամադրման առնչությամբ հարուցված վարույթը։
Այս մասին հայտնել է Մրցակցության պաշտպանության հանձնաժողովի մամուլի խոսնակ Անի Սմբատյանը, տեղեկացնելով, որ վարույթի շրջանակում իրականացված ուսումնասիրության արդյունքում արձանագրվել է, որ «Դոպինգ Սփեյս» ընկերությանը տրամադրված օժանդակության մասնաբաժինը սպորտային և այլ միջոցառումների կազմակերպման շուկայում գործող կազմակերպիչ-ընկերությունների հասույթի ընդհանուր ծավալում կազմել է ընդամենը 7,06 տոկոս։
Ընդ որում, միջոցառումների կազմակերպման շուկան բավականին լայն է, և Հանձնաժողովի ուսումնասիրությունը վերաբերել է շուկայի որոշակի հատվածին։ Մինչդեռ ամբողջ շուկայի գնահատման պարագայում «Դոպինգ Սփեյս» ընկերությանը տրված օժանդակության մասնաբաժինն ավելի կնվազեր, հետևապես անգամ համերգը տեղի ունենալու և տրամադրված պետական օժանդակության օգտագործման պարագայում շուկայում մրցակցության սահմանափակման հնարավորություն չէր առաջանա։
