Չորեքշաբթի առավոտյան մոտ 100 միլիոն մարդ արթնանում է ձմեռային եղանակի նախազգուշացումներով, սպասվում է ուժեղ եղանակ, ցուրտ և ափից ափ ճանապարհորդական քաոս, հայտնում է NBC News-ը։
