Կաստերիտային արևային մարտկոցը գերազանցել է արդյունավետության համաշխարհային ռեկորդը. ի՞նչ են արել գիտնականները

Սիլիկոնային արևային մարտկոցները գրեթե հասել են իրենց արդյունավետության սահմանին, ուստի արժե դիտարկել այլընտրանքային նյութեր, ասում են հետազոտողները։

Ավստրալիայի Նոր Հարավային Ուելսի համալսարանի հետազոտողները հասել են էներգիայի փոխակերպման համաշխարհային ռեկորդային արդյունավետության՝ 13,2 %–ի կեստերիտի վրա հիմնված լայնաշերտ արևային բջիջների համար: Այդ մասին գրել է pv ամսագիրը, գրում է focus.ua–ն։

CZTS-ը բարակ թաղանթով, ճկուն, մեծ ժապավենային բացվածքով նյութ է, որը կազմված է պղնձից, ցինկից, անագից և ծծմբից: Այն էկոլոգիապես մաքուր է, ծախսարդյունավետ է արտադրվում և համարվում է պերովսկիտի հեռանկարային այլընտրանք:

Կեստերիտի թերությունների թվում է նրա էներգիայի փոխակերպման համեմատաբար ցածր արդյունավետությունը: Դրա պատճառն այն թերություններն են, որոնք առաջանում են CZTS-ում արտադրության ընթացքում: Նոր Հարավային Ուելսի գիտնականները պնդում են, որ խնդիրը լուծել են ջրածին պարունակող մթնոլորտում CZTS արևային մարտկոցի ջերմային մշակմամբ: Ջրածինը կարող է նվազեցնել վահանակների թերությունների ազդեցությունը, ասում են գիտնականները: Քանի որ ջրածինը մոդուլացնում է CZTS-ի թերությունները, այն օգնում է բարելավել դրա արդյունավետությունն արևի լույսն էլեկտրականության փոխակերպելու հարցում:

«Պարզ բառերով ասած CZTS պատրաստելու համար դուք վերցնում եք պղինձ, անագ, ցինկ և ծծումբ և բոլորը միասին «եռացնում» որոշակի ջերմաստիճանում, ինչը վերածում է նյութի, որը կարող է օգտագործվել որպես կիսահաղորդիչ», - բացատրել է պրոֆեսոր Սյաոժինգ Հաոն:

Այս կերպ հետազոտողներին հաջողվել է հասնել 13,2 % արդյունավետության՝ սահմանելով այդ տեսակի արևային մարտկոցների արդյունավետության համաշխարհային ռեկորդ։ Սյաոժինգ Հաոն նաև հույս է հայտնել, որ նշված մեթոդը կօգնի հաջորդ տարվա ընթացքում հասնել 15 % արդյունավետության, ինչպես նաև թույլ կտա CZTS-ին առևտրայնացնել մինչև 2030 թվականը։ «Սիլիկոնային մոդուլները գրեթե հասել են իրենց տեսական արդյունավետության սահմանին, ուստի մենք փորձում ենք պատասխանել ֆոտոգալվանային արդյունաբերությունից եկող հարցին, թե ինչի՞ց պետք է պատրաստվի բջիջների հաջորդ սերունդը», - ավելացրել է Սյաոժինգ Հաոն:
