Ֆրանսահայերը Փաշինյանին զրկում են մանևրից

Ֆրանսիայի հայկական կազմակերպությունների համակարգող խորհուրդը դիմել է Միջազգային քրեական դատարանի դատախազին՝ կոչ անելով հետաքննություն սկսել Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևի դեմ։ Դիմումատուները պնդում են՝ Դատարանը պետք է հետաքննի 2020-23 թվականներին Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հայերի դեմ կատարված հանցագործությունները և պատասխանատվության կանչի մեղավորներին։ Խորհուրդը փաստաբան Սևագ Թորոսյանի միջոցով ներկայացված հայցում ՄՔԴ դատախազին կոչ են անում Ադրբեջանի նախագահի և Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում կատարված հանցագործությունների մյուս մասնակիցների նկատմամբ կալանքի օրդեր տալ:

Ավելի վաղ ՄՔԴ առաջին դատախազ Լուիս Մորենո Օկամպոն, ինչպես նաև մի շարք միջազգային իրավապաշտպան կազմակերպություններ այդ իրադարձությունները որակել էին որպես ցեղասպանություն, մարդկության դեմ հանցագործություններ և պատերազմական հանցագործություններ:

ՀՀ գործող իշխանությունների վարած ամոթալի քաղաքականության ֆոնին, երբ Փաշինյանն ու այլոք չեն բացառում միջազգային գանգատները հետ կանչելու հնարավորությունը, ֆրանսահայերի այս նախաձեռնությունն առանձնակի նշանակություն ունի։ Բանն այն է, որ ՄՔԴ-ն կարող է հայցը քննել նույնիսկ առանց պետության միջնորդության։ Եվ որքան էլ փորձի Փաշինյանն ազատել Ալիևին պատասխանատվությունից, առնվազն այժմ ՄՔԴ-ն ՀՀ իշխանությունների փնթփնթոցները կարող է բանի տեղ չդնել։

Իհարկե, փաշինյանական իշխանությունը կարող է հետ կանչել Արդարադատության միջազգային դատարան, ՄԻԵԴ ներկայացված գանգատները, որևէ հայտ չներկայացնել Միջազգային քրեական դատարան։ Մեծ հավանականությամբ, գործող վարչախումբը հենց այդպես էլ վարվելու է։ Ի վերջո, դա նաև Ադրբեջանի հետ բանակցություններում՝ մինչ օրս չհաստատված երկու պահանջներից մեկն է։
