Երևանյան փողոցները համալրվել են աշխարհահռչակ սթրիթ արտիստ Ալեք Մոնոպոլիի ինքնատիպ ստեղծագործություններով:

Ալեք Մոնոպոլի անվամբ հայտնի ազգությամբ հայ Ալեք Անդոնը սթրիթ արտիստ է և դիջեյ՝ ծագումով Նյու Յորքից։ Ինքնությունը թաքցնելու համար նրան հատուկ է դեմքը ձեռքով ծածկելը կամ բժշկական դիմակ կրելը: Առավել հայտնի է Parker Brothers-ի «Մոնոպոլիա» սեղանի խաղի «Mr. Monopoly» կերպարի օգտագործմամբ, որին պատկերում է սմոկինգով և գլխարկով:

Հունվարի 18-20-ը Ալեք Մոնոպոլին Ֆասթեքսի համահիմնադիր Վիգեն Բադալյանի հրավերով հյուրընկալվել էր Հայաստանում և նվեր մատուցել Երևան քաղաքին՝ սիրված կերպարը նկարելով Թումանյան 31 հասցեում գտնվող սպիտակ բարձրահարկ շենքի կողային հատվածում և Սարյան 6 հասցեում գտնվող «Տապաստան» ռեստորանի դռան կողքի պատի վրա: 

Նկարչի ստեղծագործություններում վառ արտահայտված է ուրբանիստական բնույթը: Աշխատել է տարբեր միջավայրերում՝ Մայամի, Լոս Անջելես, Մեքսիկա, Եվրոպա և Ասիա՝ օգտագործելով տարատեսակ նյութեր, այդ թվում՝ տրաֆարետներ, ներկեր, էպոքսիդներ, լաքեր և թերթեր, և պատկերելով փոփ մշակույթի բազմաթիվ կերպարներ: Ալեք Մոնոպոլիի մենաշնորհային գործերը գնել են այնպիսի նշանավոր մարդիկ, ինչպիսիք են՝ Ֆիլիպ Փլեյնը, Մայլի Սայրուսը, Ռոբին Թիքը, Սնուփ Դոգը, Սեթ Ռոգենը, Էդրիեն Բրոուդին, Իգի Ազալիան և այլք։ Մոնոպոլին համագործակցել է նաև հայտնի բրենդների՝ TAG Heuer-ի, Dom Pérignon-ի, Philipp Plein-ի, Hermès-ի հետ:

Սթրիթ արթի արքան նկարել է նաև 4 AKNEYE քանդակի վրա, որոնք այժմ գտնվում են Միացյալ Էմիրություններում: 2024 թվականի դեկտեմբերին Ռաս-Ալ Խայմայում տեղի ունեցած Harmony Meetup VI-ի շրջանակում ներկաները հնարավորություն ունեցան վայելելու արտիստի ֆենոմենալ արվեստի կենդանի ցուցադրությունը քանդակների վրա, ինչը նշանավորեց Ալեքի և AKNEYE-ի ուշագրավ համագործակցությունը:
