Լեռնային Ղարաբաղից բռնի տեղահանված ընտանիքների բնակարանային ապահովման պետական աջակցության ծրագրում իրականացվել են բարեփոխումներ։ Այս մասին հաղորդագրություն է տարածել ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարությունը։ 

«Հաշվի առնելով ԼՂ հայրենակիցների հետ ունեցած վերջին քննարկումները, նրանց կողմից ներկայացված առաջարկ-դիտարկումները՝ ԼՂ-ից բռնի տեղահանված ընտանիքների բնակարանային ապահովման պետական աջակցության ծրագրում իրականացվել են բարեփոխումներ՝ հիմնական պայմաններում կատարելով վերջնական փոփոխությունները, մասնավորապես` 1 անձի գծով տրվող աջակցության չափի և առանձին՝ ավելի բարձր աջակցությամբ բնակավայրերի ցանկերի մասով։

Ըստ այդմ՝ 

սահմանվել է 4 մլն դրամ սահմանաչափով բնակավայրերի նոր ցանկ, որում ներառված են 39 համայնքների 443 բնակավայրեր՝ նախկին 148-ի փոխարեն (ՀՀ կառավարության 2024 թ․մայիսի 16-ի 710 Լ որոշում, հավելված 3),

ձեռքբերվող անշարժ գույքի բնակմակերեսի նկատմամբ կիրառվող սահմանաչափն ընտանիքի յուրաքանչյուր անդամի հաշվով նվազեցվում է 3 քմ-ով և սահմանվում 9 քմ.,

եթե շահառու ընտանիքն ընտրում է ծրագրի՝ անհատական բնակելի տան կառուցման բաղադրիչը, ապա իրացվող հավաստագրի արժեքում ներառվող անհատական բնակելի տան կառուցման համար նախատեսված հողի նկատմամբ մակերեսի սահմանաչափ չի կիրառվում․ տվյալ դեպքում աջակցությունը սահմանվում է մինչև 4 մլն դրամ՝ 3-ի փոխարեն,

ձեռք բերվող բնակարանի, կառուցվող շենքից բնակարան գնելու իրավունքի, անհատական բնակելի տան, կառուցվող անհատական բնակելի տան և դրա կառուցման համար նախատեսված հողամասի նկատմամբ սեփականության իրավունքը գրանցվում է շահառու ընտանիքի բոլոր չափահաս անդամների անվամբ, այսինքն՝ անչափահասներին գրանցելն այլևս պարտադիր չէ,

գործող հիփոթեքային վարկի մարման աջակցության բաղադրիչից կարող են օգտվել նաև 2024 թվականի մայիսի 16-ից հետո, բայց մինչև 2024 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 31-ը ներառյալ ձևակերպված հիփոթեքային վարկ ունեցողները, և այս դեպքում աջակցությունն ընտանիքի յուրաքանչյուր անդամի հաշվով կազմում է 3 մլն դրամ,

ծրագրի 1-ին փուլից կարող են օգտվել ցանկացած այլ կազմով ընտանիքները, որոնք ի լրումն ծրագրով նախատեսված հավաստագրի՝ անշարժ գույքի արժեքի առնվազն 30 տոկոսի չափով լրացուցիչ վճար կկատարեն կամ հավելյալ հիփոթեքային վարկ կստանան ծրագրի ցանկացած բաղադրիչով,

ծրագրի 2-րդ (2 երեխա ունեցող ընտանիքների համար) և 3-րդ փուլերը (1 երեխա ունեցող ընտանիքների համար) կմեկնարկեն համապատասխանաբար 2025 և 2026 թթ․ հուլիսի 1-ից՝ 2026-ի և 2027-ի հունվարի 1-ի փոխարեն, 

եթե երեխան ծնվել է հավաստագրի ստացումից կամ իրացումից հետո, ապա այդ երեխայի հաշվով աջակցությունը կարող է ուղղվել ծրագրի շրջանակում շահառուին տրամադրված հավելյալ հիփոթեքային վարկի մնացորդային մայր գումարի մարմանը, իսկ դրա բացակայության դեպքում՝ այն իրացվում է որպես դրական մնացորդ։
