Հայաստանը ստացել է Ադրբեջանի ներկայացրած հայցը

ՀՀ-ն 2025 թ․ փետրվարի 12-ին ստացել է 1979 թվականի Եվրոպայի վայրի բնության և բնական միջավայրի պահպանության մասին Բեռնի կոնվենցիայի շրջանակներում հարուցված արբիտրաժային գործով Ադրբեջանի կողմից ներկայացված հայցադիմումը։ Այս մասին հայտնել են Միջազգային իրավական հարցերով ներկայացուցչի գրասենյակից:
Նշված է, որ սա բխում է արբիտրաժային տրիբունալի կողմից հաստատված ընթացակարգային օրացույցից՝ սահմանված 2024 թվականի ապրիլի 12-ի առաջին դատավարական լսումից հետո, որի ընթացքում կայացվել են Հայաստանի Հանրապետության համար բարենպաստ մի շարք որոշումներ։
«Հայաստանը շարունակելու է վճռականորեն պաշտպանել իր դիրքորոշումը տվյալ վարույթում։ Ադրբեջանի ներկայացրած իրավական դիրքորոշումը հիմնված է Բեռնի կոնվենցիայի այնպիսի մեկնաբանության և կիրառման վրա, որը չի համընկնում դրա նպատակների և առարկայի հետ, այն է՝ խթանել պետությունների միջև համագործակցությունը՝ վայրի բուսական և կենդանական աշխարհը և դրանց բնական միջավայրերը պահպանելու համար։
Հակառակ Ադրբեջանի պնդումների՝ ՄԱԿ-ի Շրջակա միջավայրի ծրագրի և այլ անկախ մարմինների զեկույցները փաստացի վկայում են, որ շրջակա միջավայրին հասցված վերջին տարիների վնասի պատասխանատուն հենց Ադրբեջանն է։ Հայաստանը հերքելու է Ադրբեջանի անհիմն պահանջները, ներառյալ՝ փոխհատուցման պահանջը:
Հայաստանը, Բեռնի կոնվենցիայի անդամ պետություն դառնալուց ի վեր, հետևողականորեն հավատարիմ է իր հանձնառությանը՝ պահպանելու տարածաշրջանի վայրի բնությունն ու շրջակա միջավայրը։
Սա արտացոլվում է ինչպես Հայաստանի բնապահպանական քաղաքականության մեջ, այնպես էլ Բեռնի կոնվենցիայի Մշտական հանձնաժողովի աշխատանքներում ակտիվ ներգրավվածությամբ»,- ասվել է հայտարարության մեջ։
