Դոնալդ Թրամփը Չինաստանի դեմ ռեկորդային՝ 600 մլրդ դոլարի ներմուծման մաքսատուրքեր է սահմանել

ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփը հայտարարել է, որ ինքը 600 միլիարդ դոլարի ներմուծման մաքսատուրքեր է սահմանել Չինաստանի վրա, ինչն ավելի շատ է, քան ԱՄՆ-ի ցանկացած այլ առաջնորդի համանման որոշման արգասիք: «Ես շատ զգալի մաքսատուրքեր եմ սահմանել Չինաստանի վրա՝ 600 միլիարդ դոլար։ Ոչ մի այլ նախագահ այդքան չի սահմանել», - ասել է Թրամփը Սպիտակ տանը ելույթի ժամանակ։
Չինաստանի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Վան Ին Մյունխենի համաժողովի շրջանակներում հայտարարել է, որ Պեկինը կպատասխանի ԱՄՆ-ի հետագա միակողմանի պատժամիջոցներին և «կգործի մինչև վերջ», եթե Միացյալ Նահանգները որոշի ճնշել դրանք, գրում է Bloomberg-ը։ Վան Ին ասել է, որ Չինաստանը պատրաստ է ԱՄՆ-ի հետ կառուցել առողջ և կայուն երկկողմ հարաբերություններ և գտնել երկու տերությունների համակեցության ճիշտ ուղին։ «Եթե ԱՄՆ-ը չի ցանկանում, եթե նա վճռական է ճնշելու և զսպելու Չինաստանին, ապա մենք այլ ելք չենք ունենա, քան նույն կերպ վարվել մինչև վերջ», - ավելացրել է Վան Ին: Դիվանագետը ԱՄՆ պատժամիջոցներն անվանել է ահաբեկման ձև։ Թրամփը փետրվարն հրաման է ստորագրել, որով 10 տոկոս մաքսատուրք է սահմանվում Չինաստանից Միացյալ Նահանգներ ներմուծվող ապրանքների վրա։ Ի պատասխան ԱՄՆ-ի՝ Չինաստանը փետրվարի 4-ին նաև 10 տոկոս մաքսատուրք սահմանեց ամերիկյան նավթի և գյուղատնտեսական տեխնիկայի ներմուծման և 15 տոկոս մաքսատուրք ԱՄՆ-ից ածուխի և հեղուկ բնական գազի (LNG) համար:
Բացի այդ, Պեկինը ներմուծել է վոլֆրամ, թելուր, ռութենիում և մոլիբդեն պարունակող նյութերի արտահանման հսկողություն, իսկ ամերիկյան PVH (որը պատկանում է Calvin Klein-ին) և Illumina ընկերություններին ավելացրել է անվստահելիների ռեգիստր: Բացի այդ, Չինաստանի իշխանությունները հետաքննություն են սկսել Google-ի նկատմամբ հակամենաշնորհային ենթադրյալ խախտումների համար: Չինաստանը նաև ԱՄՆ-ի դեմ հայց է ներկայացրել Առևտրի համաշխարհային կազմակերպության (ԱՀԿ) մաքսատուրքերի հետ կապված վեճերի կարգավորման մեխանիզմում։ Reuters-ը գրել է, որ Թրամփի սահմանած մաքսատուրքերը չեն խանգարել չինացի մատակարարներին։ Մատակարարները հայտնել են, որ իրենք պատվերների պակաս չեն զգում և կարող են լրացուցիչ ծախսեր ստանձնել բարձր եկամտաբերության պատճառով:
