Ո՞ւմ է պատկանում պետությանը վերադարձված 14 հազար ԱՄՆ դոլարանոց Range Rover մեքենան

ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը գրառում էր կատարել երեկ, նշելով, որ դատարանի որոշմամբ բյուջե է վերադարձվել RANGE ROVER SPORT SUPERCHARGED 5.0 մակնիշի ավտոմեքենա։
«Դատարանի որոշմամբ (հաշտության համաձայնությամբ) որպես սեփականություն Հայաստանի Հանրապետությանն է փոխանցվել ապօրինի ձեռքբերված RANGE ROVER SPORT SUPERCHARGED 5.0 մակնիշի տրանսպորտային միջոցը` 2010 թվականի արտադրության:
Սա գրում եմ ոչ թե նրա համար, որ վերադարձվածը ինչ-որ նշանակալի գույք է, այլ որովհետև՝ հատիկ առ հատիկը իրոք հատիկ առ հատիկ է»:
Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը չի նշել, թե ում մեքենան է եղել։ Bavnews.am-ը համացանցում տեղ գտած գրառումներից պարզեց, որ մեքենայի շուկայական արժեքը տատանվում է 14.000 ԱՄՆ դոլարից մինչև 25.000 ԱՄՆ դոլարի սահմաններում։
Ապրելու Երկիր Կուսակցություն համահիմնադիր Մեսրոպ Առաքելյանն էլ իր էջում նշել է, որ դատարանն այդ մեքենան հաշվել է 10,200,000 դրամի փոխարեն, իսկ մեքենան աճուրդի է դրվում 5,500,000 դրամով։
«Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հայտնում է, որ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությանն է փոխանցվել ապօրինի ձեռքբերված Range Rover ավտոմեքենա։
Պարզվում է, որ սա հերթական սխալ տեղեկությունն է։
Այդ պաշտոնյայի մասով դատարանը ապօրինի գույք է համարել տունը և դրամական միջոցները և տան փոխարեն պետությանն է փոխանցվել ապօրինի գույք չճանաչված ավտոմեքենան, ավտոտնակը և որոշակի գումար։
Բայց սա չի կարևոր։
Դատարանը այդ որոշումը կայացրել է 2023թ. հոկտեմբերին, 2023թ. դեկտեմբերին մեքենան փոխանցվել է պետգույքի վարչությանը և ահա պետգույքի վարչությունը միայն 14 ամիս հետո որոշել է այդ գույքը դնել աճուրդի։
Այսինքն 14 ամիս է տևում մի մեքենա աճուրդի դնելը։
Եվ ամենակարևորը։
Դատարանը այդ մեքենան հաշվել է 10,200,000 դրամի փոխարեն, իսկ մեքենան աճուրդի է դրվում 5,500,000 դրամով։
