SHAMSHYAN.com-ի տեղեկություններով՝ փետրվարի 16-ին ողբերգական դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Արագածոտնի մարզում: Ժամը 23:20-ի սահմաններում ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության համայնքային ոստիկանության Աշտարակի բաժնում օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ են ստացվել, որ «Աշտարակ» բժշկական կենտրոն է տեղափոխվել երիտասարդ աղջկա դի:
Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, հիվանդանոց է մեկնել ոստիկանության Աշտարակի բաժնի հերթապահ խումբը՝ համայքանյին ոստիկանության ավագ տեսուչ Տեր-Մարգարյանի գլխավորությամբ:
Ահազանգով ժամանել են նաև ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Արագածոտնի մարզային քննչական վարչության հատկապես կարևոր գործերով ավագ քննիչ Նարեկ Քասյանը:
Տեղում պարզվել է, որ մահացածը Արագածոտնի մարզի գյուղերից մեկի բնակիչ 22-ամյա Արմնիեն Ո-ն է, ում տանը՝ լոգարանում, հայտնաբերել են հարազատները՝ մահացած վիճակում:
Հիվանդանոցից դեպքի վայր են մեկնել ոստիկաններն ու քննիչները, որտեղ արդեն տարածքը սահմանազատել և ծառայություն են կատարել ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոտիկանության պարեկային ծառայության Արագածոտնի մարզի գումարտակի պարեկները՝ գումարտակի հրամանատար Արտյոմ Սահակայնի, գումարտակի հրամանատարի տեղակալ Աղասի Խաչատրյանի գլխավորությամբ:
Դատաբժշկի նախնական եզրակացության համաձայն՝ արտաքին զննությամբ դիակի վրա բռնության հետքեր չեն հայտնաբերվել:
Դեպքի փատսով Ն. Քասյանի կողմից նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ, քննիչի որոշմամբ նշանակվել է դիակի դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություն:
Ֆոտոլրագրողի տեղեկություններով՝ հարազատները երիտասարդ աղջկա մարմինը հայտնաբերել են ժամը 22:00-ի սահմաններում:
