Մեր դժգոհությունների աղբյուրը չպետք է մեզ միավորի, այլ՝ այդ դժգոհությունները հաղթահարելու մեր միասնական ցանկությունը: Այս մասին այսօր՝ փետրվարի 18-ին, Ազատության հրապարակում կազմակերպված ակցիայի ժամանակ հայտարարեց ԱԻՄ նախագահ Պարույր Հայրիկյանը։

Նա նշեց, որ Ազատության հրապարակից երթով կշարժվեն դեպի Հանրապետության հրապարակ և եթե ժողովուրդը միանա, ապա կարող են համաշխարհային հանրությանը ներկայացնել, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանից դժգոհություն կա և նրա հետ հարաբերակցվելուց իրենք սխալվում են, երբ ասում են, թե Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն Արցախը ճանաչեց Ադրբեջանի կազմում:

«Նրանք կասեն, այն Նիկոլն էր և նրա հետ մենք գործ չունենք, մենք գործ ունենք ՀՀ-ի հետ»,-ասաց Հայրիկյանը:

Նրա խոսքով, շարունակությունը լավ մշակված է և այն կախված է նրանից, թե որքանով քաղաքացիները պարտավորված կզգան արտահայտելու իրենց դժգոհությունը և չարից ազատվելու իրենց պահանջը՝ հակառակ դեպքում տխուր իրավիճակ է սպասվում բոլորին։

«Ես զգացի, որ երբ մարդիկ դժգոհում են այսօրվա իշխանություններից, իրականում՝ էնքան էլ չեն դժգոհում»,-հայտարարեց ԱԻՄ նախագահը

Նա նկատեց, որ եթե մարդիկ մտածում են, որ այս իշխանությունները վատն ու չարն են, ապա ինչու են ուզում մեկ տարի սպասել մինչև հերթական ընտրությունները։

«Ժամը 5-ին Հանրապետության հրապարակում մեր հավաքականությամբ կսկսենք մի գործընթաց, որն ամենաուշը մինչև այս ամսվա վերջ պետք է արդյունք տա»,-հայտարարաց Հայրիկյանը և նշեց, որ ադյունքը չի նշանակում որ Փաշինյանը պետք է գնա և ինքը կամ մեկ ուրիշը  գալու է իշխանության, այլ արդյունքն ավելի «զորավոր պետք է լինի, համակարգային՝ մինչև վերջին կետը մշակված նրբերանգների պահպանմամբ»։

«Հավատացնում եմ՝ երկու, ամենաուշը՝  երեք ամիս հետո մենք կունենանք ընտրություններ, նոր սահմանադրությամբ, որը մեզ հնարավորություն կտա  խելապակաս վարչապետ ունենալու դեպքում, ներկայացուցչական մարմնի՝ ԱԺ-ի միջոցով նրան զսպելու կարողականություն»,-ասաց Հայրիկյանը՝ նշելով, որ հակառակի դեպքում վարչապետը կարող է զսպել խորհրդարանին։

Նա նաև հայտարարեց, որ շատ բացահայտումներ կան որը հետագայում կանի։
