INTERVIEW
Երեկ՝ հունվարի 31-ին, Հայաստան էր ժամանել Վրաստանի պաշտպանության նախարար Թինեթին Խիդաշելիի պատվիրակությունը:
Past.am-ի հետ զրույցում վրացագետ Ջոնի Մելիքյանն անդրադարձ է կատարել նախարարի այցին և ռազմական ոլորտում հայ-վրացական համագործակցությանը: Վրացագետը հիշեցնում է, որ վերջին երեք տարում Վրաստանում պաշտպանության երեք նախարար է փոխվել, և սա Խիդաշելիի առաջին այցն է Հայաստան:
Ըստ Մելիքյանի՝ Հայաստանի և Վրաստանի պաշտպանական գերատեսչությունների ղեկավարները մեկ անգամ հանդիպել են Բրյուսելում՝ՆԱՏՕ-ի միջոցառումներից մեկի ժամանակ:
«Այս այցը պաշտոնական է, կարելի է ասել, որ ճանաչողական բնույթ է կրում: Լայն ձևաչափ ունեցող այց է, որում նախատեսվում են հանդիպումներ թե՛իշխանությունների, թե՛ Ամենայն հայոց կաթողիկոսի հետ: Ես կապում եմ նաև իրենց պառլամենտական ընտրությունների հետ:
Պաշոտանական Թբիլիսին՝ հանձինս Վրաստանի պաշտպանության նախարարի, ցույց է տալիս, որ վարում է հավասարակշռված քաղաքականություն: Այս այցելությունը, որը նաև կշարունակվի վաղը, կարելի է դիտարկել՝ որպես շարունակություն դեկտեմբերին կայացած եռակողմ հանդիպմանը Թուրքիայի, Վրաստանի, Ադրբեջանի նախարարների միջև:
Երբ ասվում է՝ քննարկվել են տարածաշրջանային հարցեր, հասկանալի, որ խոսքը նաև ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության մասին, Մերձավոր արևելքի խնդիրների և այլնի մասն է»,- ասում է նա:
Անդրադառնալով ռազմական համագործակցությանը՝ Ջոնի Մելիքյանն ասաց, որ այն սահմանափակ է, քանի որ երկու երկրներն ընտրել են անվտանգության տարբեր կառույցներ՝ մենք ՀԱՊԿ անդամ ենք, իրենք աշխատում են ՆԱՏՕ-ի ինտերգրման ուղղությամբ:
«Քանի որ Հայաստանը շարունակում է ՆԱՏՕ-ի հետ համագործակցությունը, բազմաթիվ ծրագրեր կան, որոնց շուրջ կա համագործակցություն Վրաստանի հետ:
Դրանք են ուսումնական ծրագրերը, ռազմական ոլորտի վերապատրաստումը, խաղաղապահ առաքելություններում մասնակցություն, փորձի փոխանակում, զորավարժություններ, ինչն այս տարի ավելի ակտիվանա, քանի որ անցյալ տարի ՆԱՏՕ-ն ու Վրաստանը համատեղ կենտրոն բացեցին:
Իմ կարծիքով՝ այդ կենտրոնի աշխատանքներին կմասնակցեն Հայաստանից, Ադրբեջանից և այլ երկրներից զինվորականներ: Սա քայլ կլինի՝ ուղղված ռազմական ոլորտում համագործակցությանը: Կրկնում եմ՝ռազմական ոլորտը պասիվ է, ավելի ակտիվ է տնտեսական, առևտրի, ենթակառուցվածքների ոլորտի փոխգործակցությունը»,- նշեց Վրաստանի հարցերով փորձագետը:
