Ճշմարտության և արդարադատության կենտրոնը հրապարակել է նոր զեկույց՝ «Ադրբեջանում քրիստոնյա հայերի հետապնդումները՝ Վիգեն Էուլջեքջյանի գործը» վերնագրով։ Այս զեկույցը ներկայացնում է քրիստոնյա հայերի նկատմամբ Ադրբեջանում իրականացվող հետապնդումները՝ շեշտադրելով Վիգեն Էուլջեքջյանի գործը։

Մասնավորապես նշված է․ «Վիգեն Էուլջեքջյանը 44-ամյա քրիստոնյա հայ է և 1915 թվականի Հայոց ցեղասպանությունը վերապրածների ժառանգներից է, նա Լիբանանի և Հայաստանի քաղաքացի է: 2020 թվականին նա տեղափոխվել է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղ՝ բիզնես հիմնելու և ընտանիքի հետ այնտեղ նոր կյանք կառուցելու համար։ Վիքենը հավատացյալ քրիստոնյա է և իր ձեռքին խաչի դաջվածք ունի, որն այրել և ջնջել են ադրբեջանական ուժերը՝ ապօրինի պահվելով իրենց կալանքի տակ։

Վիգենի ներկայիս գտնվելու վայրը և կալանքի մանրամասները

2020 թվականի նոյեմբերի 10-ին՝ Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի միջև 2020 թվականի հրադադարի համաձայնագրի հաջորդ օրը, Վիգենը գերի է ընկել ադրբեջանական հատուկ ջոկատայինների կողմից, երբ նա հավաքում էր իր անձնական իրերը՝ տարհանելու Շուշիից՝ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղից, որը նրանք առաջ էին անցել։ Նա ոչ կռվող էր, ոչ էլ կռվող։ Նա հայ քաղաքացիական անձ էր, ում առևանգել էին և ապօրինի տեղափոխել Բաքվի բանտ, որտեղ նա գրեթե յոթ ամիս անցկացվեց անհաղորդակցության մեջ։

2021 թվականի հունիսի 14-ին Վիկենը ապօրինաբար դատվեց Բաքվի զինվորական դատարանի կողմից, մեղավոր ճանաչվեց և կեղծ դատավարությամբ դատապարտվեց 20 տարվա ազատազրկման։ Նրան թույլ չեն տվել որևէ անկախ իրավական ներկայացուցչություն, հետաքննություն կամ պաշտպանություն: Վիքենին անօրինական մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել և դատվել շինծու մեղադրանքներով՝ որպես վարձկան մասնակցելու ռազմական հակամարտության, ահաբեկչության և պետական ​​սահմանը բռնությամբ կամ բռնության սպառնալիքով հատելու համար:

Վիգենին թույլ չեն տվել շփվել ընտանիքի կամ խորհրդականի հետ: Այսօր Վիգենը 20 տարվա ազատազրկման ապօրինի պատիժ է կրում Ադրբեջանում։

Վիգենի դեմ առաջադրված մեղադրանքները քաղաքական և էթնիկական դրդապատճառներ էին, առանց դատավարության ընթացքում ներկայացված որևէ էական ապացույցի:Դատարանը անտեսեց պաշտպանական կողմի արդարացման կոչը և Վիգենը դատապարտվեց 20 տարվա ազատազրկման: Նա շարունակում է կալանքի տակ մնալ Բաքվում, ենթադրաբար Գոբուստան բանտում, որը հայտնի է իր անմարդկային պայմաններով և բանտարկյալների շրջանում ինքնասպանությունների բարձր մակարդակով»:
