Ռուսաստանն ու ԱՄՆ-ն սկսել են հեռանալ երկկողմ հարաբերություններում անդունդի եզրից, սակայն սրանք ընդամենն առաջին քայլերն են, հայտարարել է ՌԴ ԱԳ նախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովը։ Այս մասին գրում է interfax.ru-ն:
«Մենք սկսել ենք հեռանալ այն անդունդի եզրից, որտեղ մեր հարբերությունները բերել-հասցրել էր Բայդենի վարչակազմը, բայց սրանք միայն առաջին քայլերն են», - ասել է նա չորեքշաբթի օրը՝ ելույթ ունենալով Պետդումայում։
Ինչպես ընդգծել է Լավրովը, «մթնոլորտը դրական է, մտադրությունները՝ ճիշտ, կտեսնենք՝ ինչպես կզարգանա իրավիճակը, ինչ որոշումներ կկայացվեն»։
ՌԴ ԱԳՆ ղեկավարի խոսքով՝ «գլխավորը հանդիպելն է, իրար լսելն ու իրատեսական որոշումներ կայացնելն է»։
Հիշեցնենք, որ Սաուդյան Արաբիայի մայրաքաղաք Էր Ռիադում երեկ կայացել են ռուս-ամերիկյան բանակցությունները: Դրանք տևել են 4,5 ժամ:
Ռուսական կողմը դրանք դրական է գնահատել: ՌԴ նախագահի օգնական Յուրի Ուշակովի խոսքով՝ Ռուսաստանն ու Միացյալ Նահանգները պայմանավորվել են հարգել միմյանց շահերը: Նա ընդգծել է, որ առայժմ դժվար է ասել, որ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունն ու ԱՄՆ-ն մերձենում են, բայց այդ մասին խոսակցություն եղել է:
«Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության և Միացյալ Նահանգների պատվիրակությունները շատ լուրջ զրույց են ունեցել բոլոր հարցերի շուրջ», - հավելել է նա:
Ինչ վերաբերում է երկու երկրների նախագահներ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի և Դոնալդ Թրամփի հանդիպմանը, ապա, Ուշակովի խոսքով, այն դժվար թե կայանա հաջորդ շաբաթ: Ըստ պաշտոնյայի՝ Մոսկվան և Վաշինգտոնը կաշխատեն, որպեսզի պայմաններ ստեղծեն Պուտինի և Թրամփի հանդիպման համար:
Ուշակովը նաև ասել է, որ Ուկրաինայի հարցով ՌԴ և ԱՄՆ բանակցողների առանձին թիմեր շփման մեջ են մտնելու:
Ուկրաինայում հակամարտությունը դադարեցնելու ուղղությամբ աշխատանքը երկար ժամանակ կպահանջի և բարդ ու ինտենսիվ դիվանագիտություն. այս մասին Էր Ռիադում ռուսական պատվիրակության հետ բանակցություններից հետո ասել է ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղար Մարկո Ռուբիոն։
Նրա խոսքով՝ Ուկրաինայում հակամարտության դադարեցումը բոլոր կողմերից զիջումներ կպահանջի: ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղարի համոզմամբ՝ հակամարտության դադարեցումը հնարավոր է միայն բոլոր կողմերի համաձայնությամբ, պայմանները պետք է լինեն փոխընդունելի:
Ըստ Ռուբիոյի՝ ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփը ցանկանում է արդար լուծում տալ հակամարտությանը և թույլ չտալ դրա վերսկսումը 2-3 տարի անց:
Նա նաև ասել է, որ Ուկրաինայի հարցով բանակցությունների ապագան կորոշվի կողմերի՝ «խոստումները կատարելու» պատրաստակամությամբ, դա կերևա արդեն առաջիկա շաբաթներին։
