Ակբա բանկը մեկնարկում է դրամային պարտատոմսերի միանգամից երկու տեղաբաշխում

Ակբա բանկը, 2025 թվականի փետրվարի 20-ից մինչև 2025 թվականի ապրիլի 10-ը ներառյալ, հրապարակային առաջարկով մեկնարկում է արժեկտրոնային ոչ փաստաթղթային պարտատոմսերի միանգամից երկու տեղաբաշխում՝ համապատասխանաբար 3.000.000.000 (երեք միլիարդ) և 4.000.000.000 (չորս միլիարդ) ՀՀ դրամ ծավալով։

3.000.000.000 (երեք միլիարդ) ՀՀ դրամ ծավալով պարտատոմսերի շրջանառության ժամկետը 36 ամիս է։ Տեղաբաշխվելու է 30.000 (երեսուն հազար) դրամային պարտատոմս՝ տարեկան 9.5% եկամտաբերությամբ։

4.000.000.000 (չորս միլիարդ) ՀՀ դրամ ծավալով պարտատոմսերի շրջանառության ժամկետը 60 ամիս է։ Տեղաբաշխվելու է 40.000 (քառասուն հազար) դրամային պարտատոմս՝ տարեկան 10% եկամտաբերությամբ։  

Մեկ պարտատոմսի անվանական արժեքը կազմում է 100.000 (հարյուր հազար) ՀՀ դրամ։

Պարտատոմսերի ձեռքբերման համար ներդրողները պետք է լրացնեն և Ակբա բանկ ներկայացնեն պարտատոմսերի ձեռքբերման հայտ։

4.000.000.000 (չորս միլիարդ) ՀՀ դրամ ծավալով պարտատոմսերի ձեռքբերման հայտ ֆիզիկական անձանց համար՝

«Ֆիզիկական անձանց բանկային ավանդների հատուցումը երաշխավորելու մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի համաձայն՝ բանկի թողարկած անվանական պարտատոմսերով ներգրավված դրամական միջոցները համարվում են երաշխավորված բանկային ավանդ և երաշխավորված են «Ավանդների հատուցումը երաշխավորող հիմնադրամի» կողմից:

Բանկը վերահսկվում է ՀՀ ԿԲ կողմից։
