««Հժ» թղթակցին հայտնի է դարձել, որ երեկ ուշ երեկոյան Բադրամյան 26-ում նախատեսված էր Սերժ Սարգսյանի և ՀՅԴ Բյուրոյի ներկայացուցիչ Հրանտ Մարգարյանի հանդիպումը։ Օրակարգում, բնականաբար, ՀՀԿ-ՀՅԴ բանակցություններն էին։
Մենք արդեն տեղեկացրել ենք, թե դաշնակցությանը որ նախարարություններն են տրվելու տեղեկություններ կային նաև ՀՅԴ-ին 2 մարզ հանձնելու մասին։ Երեկ հայտնի դարձավ, որ բացի Արմավիրի մարզից, քննարկվում է Շիրակի մարզը ևս դաշնակցությանը հանձնելու, իսկ Շիրակի գործող մարզպետ Ֆելիքս Ցոլակյանին կրկին ԱԱԾ վերադարձնելու տարբերակը, այս անգամ ԱԱԾ տնօրենի կարգավիճակով։ Այս կապակցությամբ մեր թղթակցի հետ զրույցում Ֆելիքս Ցոլակյանը երեկ ասել է. «Դե, ինչ ուզում են, գրում են»։ Հիշեցնենք, այս փետրվարի 11-ին, այսինքն. 9 օրից, լրանում է ԱԱԾ տնօրեն Գորիկ Հակոբյանի պաշտոնավարման ժամկետը։ Ի դեպ, Արծվիկ Մինասյանը, որին բանակցությունների ընթացքում առաջարկվել է Արմավիրի մարզպետի պաշտոնը, կտրականապես հրաժարվում Է սույն պաշտոնից»,–գրում է թերթը։
