«Իրատես de facto» թերթը գրում է. «Մեր տեղեկություններով՝ վերջին շրջանում բավականին վատացել են տարածքային կառավարման եւ արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարար Արմեն Երիցյանի եւ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի նախկինում շատ ջերմ հարաբերությունները: Ճիշտ է, հենց Հովիկ Աբրահամյանն ամեն ինչ արեց, որ Սերժ Սարգսյանի հետ լավ հարաբերություններ ունեցող ՀՀ ոստիկանապետ դառնալու մեծ ցանկություն ունեցող նախկին ՕԵԿ-ականը դառնա «սուպեր» նախարար, եւ նրանով «փոխարինվի» Վլադիմիր Գասպարյանը, բայց ինչպես ասում են, մարդը որոշում է, Աստված՝ տնօրինում «յուզգյարների» հարաբերություններում մեծ հողանցում է կատարվել: Զի կա «սուպեր» նախարարի ժամանակ, եւ կա Զորավարի ժամանակ:

Սերժ Սարգսյանը Դաշնակցության հետ քննարկել է ՏԿԱԻՆ-ը երկատելու հնարավորության հարցը: Եվ քանի որ սույն երկատումն անխուսափելի էր, ու ՏԿ-ն տրվելու էր ՀՅԴ-ին, այն էլ՝ խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների նախաշեմին, իրեն հատուկ ճարպկությամբ Հովհաննես Արգամիչը «լքել» է Արմեն Երիցյանին եւ թեքվել Դավիթ Լոքյանի կողմը, ում հետ քավոր-սանիկական հարաբերությունների մեջ է, իսկ կրտսեր Լոքյանն էլ կրտսերաբար խորհուրդներ է տալիս որպես վարչապետի սանիկ-խորհրդական:

Սակայն այս ամենում մեկ «բայց» էլ կա. «Դաշնակցության» առաջամարտիկ Հրանտ Մարգարյանի Լոքյան Դավիթի հարաբերություններն էլ այն չեն, իսկ ընկեր Հրանտը Սերժ Սարգսյանի հարգանքը վայելող գործիչ է, ու ստացվում է, ՀՅԴ-ի հետ էլ Արգամիչը, փաստորեն, այն չէ»:
