«Լավատեղյակ աղբյուրներից հայտնի դարձավ, որ օրերս ՀՀ ԱԱԾ-ն Սերժ Սարգսյանին զեկուցել է, որ էլեկտրական էներգիայի հնարավոր սակագնի ավելացման հնարավորությունը դժգոհության լուրջ ալիք է բարձրացրել ոչ միայն պետական ողջ համակարգում, այլև, մասնավորառւես, իրավապահ համակարգում: ԱԱԾ համապատասխան բաժինը Սերժ Սարգսյանին զեկուցել է, որ Հայաստանի ոստիկանների շրջանում ակտիվ խոսակցություններ կան, որ եթե քաղաքացիները լրջորեն ընդվզեն էլեկտրաէներգիայի սակագների թանկացման դեմ, իրենք, այսինքն ոստիկանները, պետք է հնարավորինս հանդուրժող գտնվեն ցուցարարների նկատմամբ: Այս ահազանգի կապակցությամբ, մեր տեղեկություններով, Բաղրամյան 26 են հրավիրվել ոստիկանության մի քանի բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաներ:

 Վերջիններս իրավիճակը բացատրել են նրանով, որ ոստիկանների աշխատավարձը բավականին ցածր է և ոստիկանության բազմաթիվ աշխատակիցներ կարծում են, որ էլէներգիայի թանկացումը լրջագույն հարված է հասցնելու իրենց ընտանեկան բյուջեին: ԱԱԾ մեր աղբյուրները տեղեկացնում են, որ իրենց վերլուծություններով՝ վերջին տարիներին կայացված ոչ մի որոշում այնքան դժգոհություն չի առաջացրել ոստիկանների շրջանում, որքան դժգոհություն է առաջացրել էլեկտրական հոսանքի պոտենցիալ թանկացումը: Եվ այս իրավիճակը լրջորեն մտահոգում է Բաղրամյան 26-ին»,–գրում է թերթը։
