В пятницу утром пресс-служба Святого Престола сообщила о положительной динамике в состоянии здоровья Папы Франциска, у которого 18 февраля выявили двустороннюю пневмонию, сообщает Euronews. Понтифик был госпитализирован 14 февраля с полимикробной респираторной инфекций, которая, судя по всему, не была немедленно купирована.
Франциску дважды корректировали лекарственную терапию.
«Ночь прошла хорошо, сегодня утром Папа Франциск встал и позавтракал», - говорится в последнем заявлении Ватикана. Накануне там также сообщили, что клиническое состояние понтифика улучшается, а температура нормализовалась.
Франциску - 88 лет. В детстве ему удалили часть легкого, в связи с чем всю жизнь он особенно уязвим к ОРЗ.
