ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի աշխատակազմի ներկայացուցիչները փետրվարի 21-ին Քրեակատարողական ծառայությունում մասնակցել են աշխատանքային քննարկման:
Հանդիպումը կազմակերպվել էր 2024 թվականի հոկտեմբերին Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի կողմից ՀՀ ԱՆ «Նուբարաշեն» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկում երկօրյա մշտադիտարկումների արդյունքում արձանագրված խնդիրները քննարկելու նպատակով։
Քննարկմանը մասնակցել են ՄԻՊ աշխատակազմի կանխարգելման ազգային մեխանիզմի իրականացման համակարգող-խոշտանգումների և վատ վերաբերմունքի կանխարգելման վարչության պետ Լաուրա Գասպարյանը, ՔԿԾ պետ Ծովինար Թադևոսյանը, Ծառայության պետի առաջին տեղակալ Սահակ Գրիգորյանը, «Նուբարաշեն» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկի պետ Վահան Նասոյանը, ՄԻՊ աշխատակազմի և կենտրոնական մարմնի ներկայացուցիչները:
Հանդիպման ընթացքում անդրադարձ է կատարվել դեռևս 2024 թվականի հոկտեմբերին վերհանված խնդիրներին։ Պաշտպանի ներկայացուցիչներին ներկայացվել են արդեն իսկ լուծումներ ստացած որոշ խնդիրներ, քննարկվել են դեռևս առկա խնդիրների լուծման ուղիները:
Քննարկման մասնակիցները հաստատել են իրենց պատրաստակամությունը՝ նման ձևաչափով հանդիպումները շարունակելու համար, քանի որ դրանք առավել արդյունավետ են արձանագրված խնդիրներին արագ արձագանքելու և համատեղ լուծումներ գտնելու տեսանկյունից։
Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանը հատուկ ընդգծում է, որ ազատությունից զրկված կամ այլ կերպ պետության իրավասության ներքո գտնվող անձանց իրավունքների ապահովման համար պետությունը կրում է պատասխանատվություն:
Ազատությունից զրկման վայրերում մարդու իրավունքների ապահովման հարցերը մշտապես գտնվում են Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի անմիջական ուշադրության ներքո:
